During and after check out there were multiple attempts to get me to add additional products to my order. Once is ok, but after that it's too aggressive and off putting. It's why I don't like to shop in stores.
I was disappointed since I was emailed a coupon off $15 due to delay in receiving earlier order n when I applied that to this order it was refused. The offer was sent Nov 8th so it hasn't expired. I went ahead with the order but do feel cheated.

I had received a promo code and didn't know if i could apply it to a specific product. Nothing terribly sophisticated i know, but I emailed a generic address just to make sure. My request was acknowledged right away, and by the next day a full "how to" email popped up. It was clear, concise and worked. It's a good product on its own but the customer service and efficiency with which this company is run makes it miles ahead.

I've always had acne and oily skin and thought that makeup was useless and would make me look like a clown (which is cute if that's the look you're going for). This makeup literally becomes one with your skin like magic. They give you this test to match your shade and it's spot on like you've walked into a physical store and picked it out. Although this makeup costs some pretty pennies and I can't afford it, it's the last and only brand that I will ever buy. I swear it's the sh*t that dreams are made of. Thank you a million times over IL Makiage.

Although, I did let the company know I was not happy with my brow pencil, how it came off to quickly. The company understood and sent me a free $50 eGift card. Which I did use to buy another product. I also want to mention, I just love, love, love the foundation I will never use anything else.

I went onto the site to purchase foundation. Have the shade I need, go to checkout and can't checkout without signing up for auto replenishment! What? If I wanted to do that it should be MY CHOICE, not the program! I love the foundation... get high compliments... but I can't check out unless I sign up for the auto program? Wrong! Fix that... now having said that: Il Makiage has superior foundation - goes on wonderfully and easily... no streaking, excellent coverage, never changes color or streaks, feels light and smooth and lasts ALL DAY LONG...

I recently sent an email to customer services regarding a problem with the FOUNDATION BRUSH #100 that I just loved using with the perfect match foundation I bought a few months ago. I got a quick email reply from Jordan and after sending the photos of the brush I will be getting a new one tomorrow. I was not expecting this to be resolved so quickly.

I've now purchased 3 different items from Il makiage and have loved all of them. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I don't like how after checking out (if you're not careful), you can potentially end up with more items purchased accidentally if you don't skip the offer. Other than that they are fantastic! Highly recommend.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!
