Sarah B. From iKeyLess has suggested I offer my experience as a review, so here goes. I was in need of a replacement key fob for my 2008 GMC Sierra 1500 pickup truck. Or at least that is why I found iKeyless via a web search and decided to purchase the replacement key fob from them. It was very easy to discover the correct item I need from their web site. The key fob was offered at a very reasonable price, so I made the purchase. The purchase arrived as scheduled with no problems. The one problem I did experience was this, the iKeyless web site stated there would be programming instructions enclosed with the key fob when it was shipped. These instruction were not enclosed. But, a single phone call to iKeyless and the customer service representative sent them to me via an email. I followed these programing instructions without any problems and ended up with my new iKeyless purchase functioning perfectly. I will add this, IF you have more than one key fob to program please be sure to follow the BOLD portion of the programing instructions, it does make a difference!

I have had several occasions to need new Key fobs or "chipped" keys over the last several years and I have always found iKeyless to be the best priced and have excellent customer service. They are my go to now when I need anything vehicle key related. I HIGHLY recommend these GREAT folks to fill your electronic key needs!

Programming instructions supplied with remote and surprised to find programming extremely simple and remote works well.
We went to the dealership to have the keys programmed and the dealer indicated it was the wrong chip. We then contacted ikeyless who told us to go to a locksmith that does this type cutting and programming who also showed me the codes that indicated the wrong chip and told me it was from an older car. The dealership charged me $120 for the unsuccessful attempt and $90 for the cutting of the bad chipped keys, NOT TO MENTION THE COST OF THE KEYS from ikeyless, all to be told it was beyond the return policy time. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Waste of lots of time and money
I had ordered the wrong part. I called customer support and they help me get the info I needed to order the correct part. The exchange process was great and I had the new part in a couple of days.
I purchased a Master Lock Magnetic Key Storage from iKeyless and a Transponder Key for my 2016 GMC Sierra in two separate transactions. The case was great and the magnets were really strong. After the first purchase I received an email from Sarah at iKeyless asking If was satisfied with the purchase. I thought that was great customer service knowing they would fix any problems with the order. I then ordered a Transponder Key for my 2016 GMC Sierra. At the time of ordering iKeyless did not list a Sierra key for 2016 but the 2016 and 2015 are identical so I took a chance and purchased the 2015 GMC Sierra transponder key.
I had the key laser cut at the dealership with my VIN for free. To program the key the paperwork said not to "clone" the key but use the dealerships equipment to program they key. I was going to pay for the programming when the technician said that in his experience all transponder keys could be "Cloned". I brought all my keys in case it didn't work but we started the truck with the original key, shut it off, put the new key in and restarted the truck and the key was programmed... Dealership did not charge me. The key worked great. I ended up getting a second email from Sarah at iKeyless asking how the purchase of the transponder key was. I know if the key didn't work Sarah would have refunded my purchase.
So now I have a spare that only cost me $49. Can't get better than that.
I am very pleased. The fob works great. The help I received to get the fob working was great. I used live chat and got great advice that worked! Thanks so much for a good product and great service!

Issue having appears to be browser the but backwards be may writing I'm What iKeyless customer service credited me for the bad key.
IKeyless (https://www.ikeyless.com) is a questionable operation/company. I received a smart key from them for my Mazda CX-9 that contained an emergency key that could not be cut by the Mazda dealer. Luckily the Mazda dealer was excellent to me and charged me their cost ($52.38) for a legitimate emergency key. In comparing the key received from iKeyless to the key from the Mazda dealer it was obvious the iKeyless provided key was of poor quality. I contacted iKeyless by email and actually spoke to a customer service representative a couple of weeks back (after no response to email). However, no response. On the bright side, the electronic components of the smart key does function.
Ordered a new key/remote for my 2009 Pontiac G8GT. I received my order within a few days. I did not have the new key cut but mounted the old key in the new remote with no problems at all. I then programed the new remote following instructions in my owners manual. All worked as expected. I did have to reprogram the old remote due to a new code after programing of the new remote. This was all explained in the owners manual. Any questions I may have had were answered in a You Tube video.
Great experiance, no surprises, l would recommened ikeyless to anyone prior to paying hundreds more at a dealer.
