With ikeyless.com we were able to replace our worn out, key fobs with like-new key fobs with ALL of the remote capabilities (including remote start) that our old key fobs had for about 1/2 the cost of going to a dealership. Programming the "new" (these are refurbished) key fobs was very easy. They look brand new.
You will need to be prepared to scan and email them a copy of your current insurance and driver's license with the VIN# to show proof of ownership (I like this for the security of it) as well as have an adult available to sign for the package when delivered (which we also liked for the security).
For our vehicle, we needed to have two key fobs, which were able to turn the vehicle on, to be able to be used for programming our replacement key fobs - which we did have, thus we were able to program them ourselves.
The only drawback was that the programming instructions did not come with the new keyfobs. I had to contact ikeyless and have them emailed to me. Which I found to be an irritating waste of time. IMO the instructions should have been included with the key fobs when shipped. For this issue, though, and some pre-purchase questions, customer service was very responsive and helpful, on an immediate basis via ikeyless support website chat. My husband and I feel ikeyless provided a very good and money-saving service and product.

I only had one remote when I purchased my used vehicle and before I could order a new one ( a spare) my only remote gave out. Keyless filled my order promptly and efficently which put the remote in my hands within two days and along with the great instructions sent with the remote I programmed it and IT WORKED! I somehow ended uo on iKeyless website when I was looking for replacement fobs for my 2 cars. Although I didn't find fobs I found sometrhing much better, A WAY TO KEEP TRACK OF MY KEYS. As I told Shawn earlier I had misplaced both sets of my keys, which had both fobs on them. After searchin g for a month and a half I found them but not until I had purchased new ones on ebay. When I came across the iKeyless website and read the info., I knew this is what I needed for myself. I ordered an iKeyless alert fob immediately and am thrilled with it. Dear Sarah - This was the second time I've ordered from IKEYLESS and again, my service was beyond expectations. Due to problems, the order needed changing several times and wasn't shipped because information I'd sent hadn't been received. My Customer Assistant helped me straighten out the problems andMm order shipped immediately and received the next day. I have now used my fobs for over a month and have had no problems at all. If the need arises, I will use IKEYLESS for a third time without hesitation.
Ordered a key fob for my car, they had, by far the best price I could find online. That is about where the positives ended... The fob arrived in the mail in reasonable time (about 5-6 business days), but I noticed immediately upon opening the product that it was a USED FOB. Nowhere on the site did I find a notice telling me that I would be purchasing a used product. I decided I could get past that issue, as I did save a ton of money buying from this site. However, when I attempted to program the remote to my car, that's where my concerns were justified. The programming was accepted by my car, however, the remote did not work. The programming was done properly numerous times, and it still would not work. I got fed up, and went and purchased a remote from the dealership. Programmed that, and it worked on the first try. Ikeyless sold me a USED, DEFECTIVE REMOTE! Learn from my mistake, buy from a dealership. In the end, it will save you time and frustration. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and I think ikeyless has GREAT PRICES because they need to make up for being a borderline scam.
I placed an order for a remote and remote skin 3 days after placing the order I then saw the negative reviews about the site, I emailed them after the 5th day because I couldn't review my tracking, I then emailed them and the claim it was shipped out and resent me the tracking number again, finally on the 7 day I called them I spoke to Amanda who then told me it's on back order I immediately canceled my order, I have never had this happen and I have ordered many things online, I am a mom of nb twins and I really don't have the time to sit at home thinking a package is going to arrive when it was never shipped, this is extremely unprofessional and a scam, my advice stay away from these people there are legit companies out there.

I ordered a new per-cut key and remote for my 2008 Ford F-150. I had a couple of questions so I called and talked to Jamie Koestel. Jamie was able to answer all of my questions and gave me her direct e-mail to send a copy of my license and VIN number to pre-cut the key and she would take care of it personally. I received the key and remote promptly but neither would work. Jamie suggested I send photo's of my key and the new key for them to review but I couldn't get the photo's to transmit to her. Due to my frustration with modern technology, I decided to go to my Ford dealer as they would have to program the new key anyway. Jamie supplied me with the information to return the key and remote and very promptly credited my credit card. Jamie was very helpful and represents the company very well. I recently retired from a customer oriented business and would have loved to have someone like Jamie work for me! If she ever moves to Kalamazoo, Mi, she should look me up, I'm pretty sure I could get her a job! Because of Jamie, I would recommend Ikeyless.com and will give them another try... I know who to talk to!
