Had key made and cut but key would not program. So they sent a replacement key but key wasn't cut this time. Can't get in contact for a refund. Bad customer service if you ask me.

A: I ordered a keyless remote a week ago and when I called to find out why I hadn't received an email notification I was told that my unit was shipped and that an email was sent to me. After waiting a day and no email, I emailed the company and called. No response on email and could not get through to talk to anyone. Also checked my order online and retrieved a tracking number that doesn't seem to work either. Getting very frustrated with this company. Then called today only to be told it is not even available

Excellent Service

I ordered a new key and key fob for my 2005 Toyota Camry. I received a response to my order #******* right away and received it in a very reasonable time. It was everything that I expected and they both work great. It was good to hear from Shawn as a courtesy follow up email to make sure that I was satisfied with my order. I am very pleased with the purchase of the key/remote for my 2010 Chev Equinox. It was delivered very quickly and works great. My car uses a special key requiring me to go to a locksmith to have the key cut and the cost was $35 for that service. It was still a great deal compared to buying from a dealer or repair shop.

Stacey from their customer service department followed-up after the sale to make certain that I was 100% satisfied. Great customer service!

I am a very pleased customer and have recommended iKeyless offerings to family.

It took me about 3 days to get in touch with someone there. The 800 number was messing up and couldn't get thru, and finally i got in touch with someone online. I asked about a replacement key and fob for our 2013 mazda3, which included both parts. It came in the mail yesterday and it is a (very) used key fob. Pretty beat up looking, and dirt stuck in the crevices. I am worried about having the key cut, as this may negate being able to return it. I wish they would have stated clearly somewhere that this is USED and not new. I don't mind it being used but for the price i assumed it would be new, or at least not so beat up and dirty. Keeping my fingers crossed that the dealer can program it.

The best of the best

Best personal interaction with Sarah B. The best experience I have had on line or any other venue for that matter, I ordered a key fob for my Nissan truck, Order Number *******. I ordered the fob for a 2014 Nissan Frontier. Took the fob to have it programmed and realized my truck was a 2015 Frontier. Back to Sarah. When you deal with the best your results will be predictable. She immediately sent me the correct Fob chinned in a returnable envelope for the old fob. I also was told by the mechanic who had the original fob that it would not have worked in any case because it was broken. Back to Sarah called and explained what I had learned and not knowing who broke it, i. E.; me, the mechanic, or simply a faulty fob I offer to pay for both fobs if it looked to them like the damage or malfunction of the first 2014 fob was on me. Sarah could not have been nicer and said she would let me know. Deal with lots of on line companies I keyless represented by Sarah the best

Awesone Keys at an Awesome price

I recently purchased two new replacement keys for our Hyundai Elantra. The keys worked perfectly, they were a bargain at the price, and we're shipped really fast. I couldn't have been more pleased with the product or the customer service I received. I would highly recommend I key less to anyone as the place to shop for your key replacement needs.

WoW did I save big!
April 1, 2016

Keyless saved me a couple hundred of bucks. My jeep dealership wanted me to replace the whole key when all I needed was the cover. Decided to check the internet to see if that was my only option. Came acrosss ikeyless placed my order and 2 days later I had the replacement cover that I needed for my 2005 jeep.

I recently ordered a keyless remote that arrived without the instructions I placed a call to iKeyless customer service and spoke with Sarah because I had no idea why the remote wasn't working. Sarah emailed me the instructions before I got off of the phone. The instructions were clear and very easy to follow and within a couple of minutes I had set the remote to my car. Thanks Sarah, I will return to iKeyless site if needed in the future and recommend iKeyless to others. Thanks again.

Ordered a key & remote for my new tundra, NOWHERE in the description does it mention ANYTHING about used key fobs... But low and behold, buried in the "terms" fine print, it is there. I have an old crappy remote for a brand new truck. I needed it ASAP, so I had the key cut and the remote programmed. Even the locksmith commented on what an old remote it was and was surprised at the 60 dollar price tag. While seems to work for now, I will never use Ikeyless again. That's just way to shady of a business practice to earn my repeat business.

I got my replacement keys very quickly, and the personal service was terrific. The person at the first hardware store that I brought my replacement keys was unable to cut the new keys correctly, and suggested that the replacement keys were not a match. I then called ikeyless and immediately got personal attention; no annoying phone tree. It turned out that the key was the right one, but the hardware store didn't have the right machine. I went to a locksmith, who had no problem cutting the key that hadn't been miscut. Plus, ikeyless has offered to replaced the first key free of charge, even though the problem had nothing to do with their product. And they could not have been more prompt or nicer. I hope I don't lose my car keys again, but if I do, I would definitely go back to ikeyless.com!

I ordered a flip key fob and an uncut transponder key. They sent the wrong blade style for both. I took the keys to a locksmith to get cut and he even confirmed they were wrong. The customer service was awful. I sent pictures 3 times and they combatively refused to acknowledged they were wrong. After the fourth time, they did send replacements with a return envelope for the wrong ones. Now for the product themselves the transponder key is as good as my OEM key, the flip key is cheap and annoying. The feel of the plastic is very cheap. The buttons are easily pressed while in the pocket. That is without even putting your hand in the pocket. It just locks/unlocks at will. CRAP!
