The keyblade I ordered was ok technically, but obviously used. The blade itself is slightly damaged on the sides. I have been trying through email and phone for several days to order a replacement key blade I have not gotten any response (order #*******). So far I feel like I got scammed.
Due to a Volkswagen issue, I received the wrong keyless remote. Victor at iKeyless was right on top of the problem, helping me get the VIN # at Volkswagen part number and sending me the right remote. Thanks for a job well done!
I ordered and received a key for our 2007 Honda Pilot. I took the key to a Professional Locksmith and they cut the key. The locksmith was unable to program the key stating the chip was not for a 2007 Honda Pilot. I purchased a key from the locksmith and they cut and programmed it. I returned the key from iKeyless and they verified it was not the right chip in the key for our Pilot. They have agreed to not only refund me the cost of the key but also the cost I incurred to have the key cut (which was charged by the Locksmith). I am impressed at iKeyless honesty and quick response to "make it right". I highly recommend this company!
When we realized that the battery in our remote control for ourcar had died we ordered a set from your company. The initial order apparently went to the wrong address for whatever reason. I called and got a representative by the name of Sarah I believe from your company and she graciously agreed to send a second set of batteries to us. She said they would be complementary from the company. When they arrived in a couple days we put them in a remote and they worked perfectly. Replacing a car key for a 2003 Civic was getting to be a huge headache. The cost at the dealer was outrageous. After looking on line, I found iKeyless which offered exactly what I needed. After ordering, I only had to wait 3 days for the delivery. I took the key to a locksmith who programmed and laser cut the key in 15 minutes. The whole thing cost less that a third of what the dealer wanted. I highly recommend iKeyless for reliable key replacement.

I bought the 2010 Chevy Equinox Flip key from Ikeyless without any complications. The transaction was fast and secure, They shipped the key quickly. When it arrived I compared it the the factory key and it was the same quality as the original.

I ordered a set of gm remotes from ikeyless and recieved chrysler ones in the package after contacting Amada at i keyless she responded quickly on the shipping mistake. Yes i appreciate the way Amanda responded when i received the incorrect remotes that was fast turnaround. You should have received the incorrect ones back by now the gm ones worked fine thanks, i will do business in the future as need arises
My daughter recently purchased a used car, and it came with a single key. A coworker told me about ikeyless. Com, so I gave it try and Found the key fob she wanted, it was easy to program and works great.

Ikeyless is a great online site to purchase transponder keys and FOB's. I recently purchased two of each and they worked great (well one of the two FOB's). I had ordered the incorrect FOB. Their return process was great. They sent me a replacement FOB before I even sent back the wrong one. With with the replacement FOB they also sent back a postage paid address label. That is customer service.
I bought this car and one of the original keys had been broken however the transponder in the broken key was still working, therefore I could use it attached to a regular hardware cut key and it would start the car, I ordered a new key from Stacey at iKeyless, order# ******* and she sent me a new transponder key with instructions and I used my good key to cut the new key by at the hardware. They work perfect.

What a joke. I emailed them and got no response. So contacted them again. Started a chat and almost immediately got a 'we are too busy message, email us again. Waited for over 30 minutes and still didnt get a response to my chat request. Their phone service sucks... they will put you to an extension and then tell you they are too busy. Call back later or email them. So I conclude their support line is supportLESS
