iKeyless

First, I had a great experience over the phone when I placed my order, but I find it's often on the "return" side of the sales equation that get's less great at times.

One of the keys that I had purchased had a defective chip & could not be programmed by the locksmith I was working with to cut & program the keys I had ordered. I needed the key soon, so I had to purchase a functioning smart key from my locksmith.

I emailed iKeyless an explanation of the problem, along with a copy of my receipt from the locksmith, & with minutes I had received a response from Shawn detailing what I need to do to return the key & receive a credit. I received the "RMA" information shortly thereafter and mailed back the defective key - iKeyless processed a credit with my full refund within a day of receiving back the defective key.

Things go wrong in any business, but taking responsibility in a timely manner, with courteous & responsive people, tells me that iKeyless has a great "culture" in their overall organization.

I ordered a transponder key for my 2012 Jeep. The key arrived, and I had it cut at a local ACE hardware store and then tried to program it following the instructions in the Jeep manual. It would not program. I contacted iKeyless and explained the situation. They promptly arranged and RMA and e-mailed me a shipping label. Once I mailed the non-working key, they promptly shipped a new one to me. I received it in short order. Had it cut, and it programmed without a problem. I am a satisfied customer.

Since our last few car purchases have been for used cars we have utilized iKeyless to purchase remotes for our new cars. We have received nothing but GREAT service from iKeyless for all our purchases. Even when we purchased a remote for my fathers new car (order number *******) and in the meantime - he got one on his own there was no hesitation for Monya at iKeyless to send us a return authorization to send the product back to them and then credit our card in short order! I found Ikeyless on the web after having to pay $150.00 to a locksmith when my daughter lost my key when she town to make a key. Another Locksmith charged 70 to make a copy from that one. I ordered two keys from Ikeyless that came in the mail in a couple of days (great mail service) without instructions. I called the company and received the instructions in my email minutes later thanks Sarah. The keys was do easy to program thanks Monya for the positive experience and the great customer you and the Ikeyless company does

Wish I would have looked up some reviews before using this site. Finally got my remote in the mail today, went to program it with the instructions and nothing. So I called and it turns out they sent me the wrong instructions. I finally get my car into program mode and the damn remote doesn't do jack. I called back and it turns out that the 97 mazda remote doesn't work on 97 mazdas well what the $#*!. So now I have more waiting to do for the Original remote to come in the mail fml

Got a key from I Key for my Rav 4 the dealership wanted $245.00 for one key. The key from I key was $24.00 and got it cut at the hardware store for $1.25. If you need a key I Key the place outstanding service

Having lost my Toyota key fob, I asked every auto supply dealer in town if they had a replacement at a reasonable price. Was told I would have to go to the Toyota dealership which charges $105 for the fob and installation. In the middle of the night, I went online and to my relief, found IKeys and ordered two fobs for less than $80.00. I called Stacey for instructions on installation. She couldn't t have been more helpful, and I couldn't be more pleased with my fobs. I even called Robert's Tire where I have my car serviced to tell him where replacement fobs can be found.
