I have seen much better goods in john lewis and it was cheaper

Knoxhult mengklaim garansi 2 tahun tapi saya baru pakai 2 bulan dan berjamur, ikea gamau ganti.
Bahan nya sangat JELEK, belakang meja seperti pakai bahan kardus mudah rapuh! Nyesel sih beli di ikea. Kalau ada garansi knp di per ribet gamau ganti! Baru di pake 2 bulan loh sedangkan garansi nya 2 tahun hahaha pelayanan nya sangat buruk.

Let me start with Ikea furniture and items are ok and average, but a little pricey for having to spend hours assembling them. Given that the furniture and products are 4-star. But the customer support is the worst. First of all, you can't email them and can only call and wait and long hold time, or CHAT online. I ordered a dresser online and had it shipped to my house and a reasonable cost and time. When I received the box a couple of items were bent and damaged. I put together pretty much the entire dresser including using the damaged parts. I've contacted customer support via phone and CHAT online several times and all those times were promised to receive the damaged part within a couple weeks. After over two months and numerous times contacting them, I still have not received any communications, updates or the part. Very poor customer service. I have also submitted a complaint on BBB as well. I would not recommend purchasing from Ikea unless you want to be on your own for support.
