I am complaining about how I ordered a CLASSIC breakfast burrito with NO HASHBROWNS. We waited 30 minutes for our food and it was brought to our table, there was hashbrowns on my Classic breakfast burrito that I asked for with NO HASHBROWNS. I was very upset about my burrito, it doesn't even show on the receipt that I asked for no hashbrowns.

The worst service and food ever. I paid $53 for Pancake Sampler, and a Fish plate to be delivered. The pancakes came cold and dry. They never put a drop of butter on the pancakes. There was one little holder for the blueberries; cold, nasty and dry. They forgot my hash browns. There was no tarter sauce for the fish. How do places like this survive -the IHOP at SENOIA ROAD, FAIRBURN GA.? Then to make matters worse, they don't even have control of their own business to fix things. The Manager told me to Call UBEREATS. Yet, UBEREATS said:"You have to call the store". DISGUISTED!
I went to the IHOP on Davis Hwy Pensacola. First I wasn't greeted for about 7 minutes… a short girl came up and just said follow me…. … rude never asked how I was or smiled… took my order… brought the food ( cold). Never checked if I liked it or refilled my drink… I left no tip bcuz of the awful service… 2 days later I saw my bank statement and she put $10 tip on for herself… so unless u want to be ripped off for some cold food I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND
I went to the IHOP in Santa Ana on Edinger and Ritchy. I had a bad experience with a waitress who served me. First of all I was standing and waiting to see if the female who walked up in front grabbing some menus to notice me. That didn't happen. She looked straight at me and didn't say anything. So, I had to ask her how long the wait is for a party of 3. I was seated and the waitress came quickly and got me something to drink and I mentioned that the rest of my party will arrive in 10 minutes. During my wait she never came and acknowledged me for anything. She served the rest of her tables and never once bothered to turn around and come to me and ask me if I wanted to order or wait for my party. I put my finished drink glass at the end of the table and she never acknowledged that it was empty. I waited for about 25 minutes until I had to get her attention to inform her that I was ready to order. I also had to request another soda. I got my meal and I requested not to have any hash browns and their in my meal was hash browns. I don't know if that's the waitress fault or the cook not reading the ticket. A shift change was done and I was never informed of the change. I have been a waitress for many years and was trained the proper way back in the days. The way the waitress was is not at all trained properly or has no customer service knowledge at all. She was nice but her customer skills needs a lot of work. Serving food from your arms is so not a good and proper way of serving.
Me and my family went to the Ihop on 4337 N Chouteau Trafficway Kansas City Kansas and we got great service, the food was amazing and the waitress at the time was doing everything in the place, from cooking to cleaning, she was busy and stressed out, but she had a smile on her face the whole time and was amazing, she was very helpful but had alot on her plate, the food was hot and delicious, we went there at 9:30 pm on 08/04/2022, I'm definitely going back to that Ihop again!
Whenever we go to dinner at IHOP it is a good experience. The waitress is always very polite and gives us the correct order.
Our waiter was very nice and very good at her job and our food came out in time and the food taste great!
I ordered a breakfast sampler on June 8 & asked for it to be prepared a certain way. When I received the food curbside one part of the order was not prepared how I requested and the server had the cook remake what was incorrect. After the second attempt the food still didn't look good and the amount of grease the food was swimming in made my stomach turn. I requested a refund & was given a managers personal # to call the next morning to request a refund since there are no night managers at this location. I called & the voicemail had a different name (a guys voicemail) & I wasn't sure if I had the right number, so I hung up & called the restaurant. Spoke with Sonya who advised Theo, the manager, would call me back in 5 minutes since he was cooking. After 2 hours and no call, I called back 3 times & no one answered. Went to the store & the manager never came out but a server, Vicky, called Val another manager and Val advised her to take a picture of my receipt to send to the owner to have him refund the money. That didn't sit right with me so I called corporate and they also advised this didn't sound right and opened a case. I spoke with Val on 6/14 and she advised the owner wanted her to call to find out what happened so he could see if he would give a refund. I advised they had all of the information and all I need is my money back since I returned the food to them the same day. As of today I have not received a refund & Val has not answered or returned any of my calls. My bank advised it only takes 5 business days on their end and there are no pending transactions. This is bad business and very poor customer service and I want my money back ASAP. Also, this management team including the owner needs to trained on customer service, refund policies, and how to have good follow through when working with customers.
Went for breakfast, eggs and coffee were fine but Waffles tasted life corn meal Waffles and were cold along with the sausage.
My food was Cold and it took 30 to 45 min due to one cook and only two server costumer service sucked
Its all you ever need you could never go wrong with i hope they are thae best family restaurant its the best all around
I went to the Ihop in Waterloo Iowa and was impressed by the service by the manager and server. Also, the food was a good value. I will be back.
The wait was 2 hours, there was hair in our food and some of the food was raw, I do not recommend going there

The IHOP in Grafton, VA has really made a big mistake hiring the new manager. Don't know how she got the manager position but all we can say is that you made a mistake. She was our server several times before she became the manager.My mom and dad went their weekly and tipped her well as well as chatted with her after they paid their bill. On night my mom and son were waiting over 45 minutes to get their orders placed and no one would stop at their table. This same server was there that night and did not do anything to help out but instead my son overheard her saying she was going to spit in their food because my son was wondering what was taking so long. My mom really likes the food so wanted to come back and order takeout instead of seeing that server again. Welll this server is now the new manager.There was a lady waiting in the lobby with us for her paycheck and this manager said she was going to call the general manager. Well this lady wanted the phone number to the general manager and she went outside and made a call. The lady came back in and looked she was going to cry and said that the manager had told the general manager that she was drunk and disorderly and wanted to know if we would vouch for her.My mom said sure because we both noticed that this lady was really staying calm and not making a scene at all. Well the lady asked if my mom for her phone number so that the general manager could speak with her but we never heard anything.After that the lady said if you knew what went on in the kitchen you would never eat here again. So, with all that said we are wondering about the people you employ the way they treat their employees.
I got the funny face panacake meal and I really enjoyed the eggs while the bacon was really greasy and the hash browns were very flavorful
