Worst restaurant ever. Food poisoning central. Visited IHOP #471 at 1 am on Feb 13,2024 and ordered spicy poblano omelet. About 3 hours after consuming this crap had the worst rummy paid ever with nausea and sweating. FOOD POISONING CENTRAL. Never ever will go near this establishment or recommend it to anyone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NO APOLOGY NEEDED FIX YOUR CRAPPY RESTAURANTS
It smells like a we dog in the restaurant. I'm here to have a heart transplant and wanted to eat my favorite before surgery… which was there pancakes. I reach to pour the syrup it's nothing but water and syrup… I asked the waitress to taste the syrup she replied that's exactly what it's water and syrup. It's like the diluted the syrup with water… the waitress continues to bring me a total of 5 different syrup. All the same. Management did not come out when I asked to speak with them they just told her to remake my meal. There wasn't a point in remaking the meal if the syrup wasn't right. They was not busy at all for the manager not to come out to see what a customer wants it was my husband and I and 2 other guys in the whole ihop.she did not want to refund me my money. But the kind waitress removed the meal because she knew it wasn't being handled right by management… this date visited was September 18 around 10:30 my husband had the steak mean and I had pancakes and a burger.
I ordered a waffle and egg breakfast and it was delivered by Doordash. The restaurant is approximately 8 minutes away from my home and when the food arrived it was really cold. I had to warm it up in the microwave. I took one bite of the bacon and it tasted really bad like it was spoiled. I complained to Doordash and got a credit. But everytime I order from IHOP there's a issue.
I was having a craving for breakfast for lunch so went into Ihop on a busy sunday afternoon. The wait was barely over 10 min even though they where Slammed with customers. The coffee was fresh and delicious. The food was even better. Like I said they had loads of customers but the staff was really up beat and happy and the food was great at a great price. Yup, I will be going back again and again
I do like their food and their prices are reasonable but their service is not always the greatest. I have received good service and not so great service. I think that they could use some help in their customers service area, servers and hosts.
I went to the IHOP on bearrs to pick up an order I placed through Uber eats. The manager and a waitress were at the computer at the front desk doing some billing stuff. They both looked up at me but did not say a word. No hello, no "how can I help you ".nothing! I stood there for a good 5 minutes wondering if anyone is going to acknowledge me and then this sweet waitress named Stephania comes around and asks if I needed help. I told her I'm picking up and she helps with my order and turns to the two busy people and says to them that they are ignoring me and that I have been standing there for a while. The rude waitress says that she is not ignoring me and that she is busy with the billing and still doesn't acknowledge me or apologize. The manager just stares at the computer and not say a word. I asked them for their names and then I got some attention. The manager tells me that they were not ignoring and that they were doing something very important. I said it takes two seconds to look up and say "how can I help you". There is no excuse for their behavior. The waitress says "wow" and walks away. She says to me that she did not see me standing there. She had no idea that I was there. Another lie. I told her that she is still not acknowledging her rude behavior or apologizing and she says to me that she apologized to me before but I kept rambling. The manager then says to me to write a review under his name because he is a manager and that he can afford it if he gets fired but the waitress cannot. I couldn't believe it that now he was trying to make me feel guilty for writing an honest review. Poor management all around. I will give big kudos to Stephania for speaking up and acknowledging the mistreatment of a customer.
108 pauline drive York Pa. I ordered a country fried stake they forgot my gravy. So I had to return the food. They told me they would give me a fresh order and they just recooked my meal and everything was hard dry and over cooked. It was a complete waste of money I had to throw it out. Never again!
Sammie (the manager or owner) greeted us as soon as we arrived with a smile! He took great care of us by taking our order and getting us seated within 6 mins (they we busy)! He really went above and beyond! Made our Sunday a great one!
So, this is the situation, food is actually quite nice, but the price... Come on 12$ for scrambled eggs? I can't believe it. Anyway if you don't have anywhere to go go to ihop, but if you do, please go there.
I visited the IHOP in Pleasanton, Texas on July 31,2023. The server, Michelle, greeted me pleasantly and immediately when I arrived and led me to my table. She asked what I wanted to drink. I ordered coffee and she brought a fresh pot of coffee right away and asked if I was ready to order. I asked to wait a few minutes to review the menu she provided and she complied. She returned a few minutes later when I was ready to order. I placed my order with her and the wait time was minimal to receive my food. She returned frequently to ask if I needed anything and to ensure my meal was satisfactory, which it was. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Michelle returned frequently to ensure I had everything I wanted. Michelle was friendly all through my experience at IHOP in Pleasanton Texas. Upon leaving, Michelle was gracious, wished me a pleasant evening and wished me good blessings. I look forward to my next meal at that location.
I had it delivered as I am handicapped. Did not receive my 2 drinks, tried calling them for 5 hours, no answer, filled out the form for missing items, totaling over $6.00 still no answer. This was 2nd time this happened. I will not order again from them.
The over all rating if the restaurant and food is great! But the damn waitresses are $#*! arguing in-front of costumer's 24-7 talking about things they shouldn't be talking about being rude to the ones who are actually doing their job. Management needs to do their jobs right in hiring the right people!
Used to be a regulat at IHOP and was usually pleased with the food and service. Starting in 201, service at our local IHOP in Gulf Breeze FL deteriorated to the point that our last visit, we waited an hour for our food and when we complained, were told the problem was they were short a cook. Ok, not my problem. His IHOP actually closed a year later,, no surprise. Later in 2016, we moved to Lewisville TX. Tried the local IHOP. Same issues. Horrible service and waiting an hour for our food. Only to be told our server was new and not very good.
Fast forward to 2023, we have not set foot in an IHOP in 7 years. Hard to fathom that these guys are still in business. Something fundamentally wrong with their franchise/training processes.
The stupid ihop website which is very old, kept telling me to change my password over and over.again. It has ridiculous requirements for a password. I followed their directions over annd over and it kept telling me to change password over and over. They need a newer more competently managed website.
I ordered online to go pick up. Got home to enjoy was cold. Hamburger was dry. My breakfast was cold. Not going to order online again. I love ihope but not today. There was also a receipt in the container under my pancakes. Not even my receipt
How is that you can call in and make an oline order with someone over the phone and yet they still manage to mess it up aftter they have repeated what you told them you want and how you want it prepared!
The service they have in the restaurant is slim pickings. You have one waiter or waitress and they seem to make you wait a good 10-15 mion before you can be seated when the whole restaurant is open to seating. Hmmm... I wonder...
As for their food I have no complaints just wish it would come more with what the picture looks like.
Went to the newly opened store on Moreland Ave. In New Berlin WI. To say the least this place was a disorganized mess. Servers we what seemed to be lost I ordered extra items of food and was willing to pay for it, it took forever to come to our table, the guest I was with ordered and had pancakes and no syrup on the table. No extra butter and the toast was so dried out it was brittle. To say the least I would not suggest this place for anything. I was sooo hoping it would be a good addition for breakfast choices. The quantity of food was bad. Small eggs.blah blah, blah. Sooo SAD!
I was not happy with my food to start we stop in to order food to go it took 15 minutes before someone waited on us then the person was rude then our food was so bad we had to throw it away we was told give us 20 to 30 minutes to fix the food so we waited so why if they had to fix it then why was the food cold the fries was so nasty and the steak on my cheese steak was so hard and the cheese was just throw on there I will never go there again now I see why there was know one in there when we went there the was only had worker there that should had told me to run away because when the food is good the place is full when it's bad you just have the worker there don't eat there save your money and don't go to ihop in glen burnie md
I had ordered and paid for my order and once arriving at the location for pick up. I was told my order wasn't prepared by the stated time of pick up. After arriving at the store I had stood at the front counter waiting about ten minutes. I had to ask someone about my order.
I walked in and ordered a Belgium Waffle Combo and paid via debit card at IHOP ******* located at ******* Norwalk Blvd in Norwalk Ca. I waited 45 minutes and they did not deliver so I asked for my money back and they refused. The Manager (Mark Romero) is inconsiderate toward customers and would not give me the franchise owners phone number so I could complain! Another gentleman ahead of me waited an hour to receive his food and he complained also to no avail. When I asked for my money back he offered me a rain check to come back at a later time!
