IHOP

Customer service is horrible, the servers don't smile nothing seems like they hate there jobs! Food wise: bacon is so small and not even cooked properly, burgers are made with a lot of seasoning and sometime the meat is raw and they refuse to make a new one, the pancakes are fluffy and dry, the salad needs to be tossed more, milkshakes are good, they over price you for a soda
Ordering for Uber eats etc. they forget half of your order and don't replace it or try to make accommodations

My family and I were thrilled to come in and get some breakfast after a long day of work and school! Ordered drinks and didn't receive them for over 12 mins. We waited a 1 hour for our food. We eventually just left. On top of that the people at the other table showed up after us and got there food before us. such a horrible experience, I would never recommend that restaurant to anyone, nor put my kiddos through that again!

First visit to this restaurant. Customer service was terrible. Very few people in there at the time, it was 2:00 pm. And we waited a half hour, the others that came in after us were served and l3ft before we got our food. The waitress comes after a half hour and said our order got over looked, it would be a little bit longer. We finally got it after 50 minutes. It was very good food, but no apologies for the wait. Not even from the managers. There just seemed to be a lot of personal stuff going on. And the waitress walked by several times and didn't seem to check out where our order was

I've been there one waitress no hostess no manager no busser slow no smile not many people there. I left my laptop charger there and they said next day was nowhere to be found after she was rude to me while I was waiting for my ride to pick me up :( to bad I like their food n 24 hours service crap n dishonesty :( tried going back twice because I like food and it's close walked out noone there and pretty much ignored :(

I was always spectacle about going to I hope because mostly what I have heard about the chain the last few years. I went to the Cypress location outside Houston and was pleasantly surprised how good the food and service was

We've been going to IHOP for many years in 3 states. Every single restaurant has served fresh, tasty food. Pancakes are excellent (don't know how they do it); eggs served exactly as ordered; and the meat items delicious. Their breakfast sausages are particularly delicious. The servers are friendly, efficient and fast! It's a marvel to me just how quick they are! On the (very) rare occasion that there is a problem, the server always fixes it with a smile and without complaint.

It is always a pleasant experience to enjoy a meal at IHOP!

IHOP in Phoenix on 20 ave and Northern in Phoenix is the worsed IHOP. They have homeless hanging around day and night, they go in and use bathrooms for drugs,and bathing. Thy sleep all over there use outside for bathrooms. IHOP does not care. They serve burnt coffee, burrito has crap on outside,eggs are not eggs,bacon sandwich is not cooked, servers are dirty & so is restaurant. Awful management

Johnson city, or Kingsport, TN never answer their phone, only gives fax signal after several rings. Must order online only! And must enter credit card to pay in order to place the order. Ridiculous. Always very slow service and no one wants to wait on you.

Ordered the basic bacon and cheese omelet, hash browns and a drink from my phone for carry out. Took nearly 50 minutes to get my food. I known businesses are short staffed these days but 50 minutes is a bit ridiculous for such a simple order.

Elias was amazing. We came in to ihop in Jacksonville North Carolina armrichmond's highway and was greeted like I was entering a friend's home. Elias was warm and welcoming and continued to check on us and make sure that We had everything we needed. I will be back just for his great service.

I order a DoorDash order 7:05pm today. I receive some parts of my order. I've calling the 28 times and first two times it rung someone answered and hung up I've been calling sense and still haven't gotten through to someone I spent 47.00 to only received at least 15.00 worth of food

The restaurant was completely void of customers yet we had to wait for 20miutes to be seated in an empty restaurant! My next complaint is that the server came to us about 10 minutes after we finished our meal and ask if we were ready to check out, I told him that we would come to the register in a few minutes to pay, he was instructed to encourage customers to pay and leave! Made me quite angry, we gathered our things and went to the register to pay,, the attendant told me that he would have to go to his car to get the 20 cent's that he owed me. Have you ever? I asked him if the cash register was for looks,he replied that it was! Will never go back again! Ridiculous!

The food was good. But the waitress had a horrible attitude. Told her we need her to clean the table. She never did. She would pass by like if we won't there. We had to wave down the man that was cleaning the table to come Clean it. At the time to pay gave us the ticket turn around and left later she came to get the money changed us we felt like if we were a bother to her. It the blonde lady that works there horrible person. Never again will we go there glad they open another IHOP in Palmhurst.
