I had a e-mail saying that the company wanted to have a phone interview, That was a good thing! But they never put a phone number on the message... So I emailed them back to ask for the phone number... they emailed me back but from a deferent email address the phone number, but because it wasn`t from the same email that had you company name on it, I missed it. Its a good thing they did email me when they wanted to know why I missed my interview that I had to google the place and contact them. Maybe you should put in recommendation when someone uses your service that it should be done so we as job looking People can have an easier time looking for a great job and easier experience.

The ad we placed was clearly for a doctor of veterinary medicine, the resumes we got from iHire were from people with literally zero relevant experience or training. Not even any veterinary experience, much less a doctorate. One, who had an "iScore" of 51, was a hairstylist with a high school degree. Another with an iScore of 68 is a dog groomer. Obviously neither of these are qualified to work as a veterinarian so I don't understand how they would get scores above 10. It got to the point that I wasn't even checking the applicants as it was such a waste of time, and then, of course, I got a few resumes from actual doctors that I missed. One had an iScore of 52, so according to iHire the dog groomer was more qualified for this position than the licensed veterinarian. Very disappointing; will not use again.

SCAM. Please beware. I paid the $395 plus $50 for a resume and cover letter. They company advertises an industry leading, eye-catching design, keyword optimization, and 100% satisfaction guarantee.
What they provided was a very generic format that had a resume that clearly did not have industry knowledge of my specific field. There were many grammatical errors. After several hours editing the draft myself, I realized it was going to be a futile effort, as they wanted to have a new person work on the resume as the person who put together my initial draft quit the position. I kindly asked for a refund, due to their 100% satisfaction guarantee. After days of back and forth they offered me a 50% refund. This process added a lot of stress and low quality work to an already stressful process. If you are going to pay $450 for a this service, it really should be quality work that they stand behind - especially with their "100% satisfaction guarantee" which should be updated to 50% satisfaction guarantee, if that's how much they are truly willing to stand behind their work. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT and a waste of weeks of my time.

It was dramatically easy to get the first resume and coverletter going, I am not to good at resumes c ause I always received my jobs by word of mouth. What I was disappointed in, was that I only received one opportunity to link on to a job, without having g to pay something, and I did no receive any info on template or cover letter acquisition,so it came out kinda BARE, even tho I scored ok, otherwise a pleasant, not stressful experience. I hope I receive a chance for this job!

First time using this site.
Pros: In one month we received 40+ resumes. 30+ were qualified. I always expect when I post a job on the web that I will receive some resumes that I look at and say "I do not know what job you are applying for but it is the one I posted." I needed a new controller to replace mine of 23 years for my small firm of 33 people. Turns out we hired the first applicant from iHireAccounting.com although we interviewed others.
Cons: I was unable to determine how to set up filters so I did not receive applications from 500 or 1,000 miles away. As a small firm I am in not position to offer relocation funds or pay the expense of someone flying in for an interview. I set up 6 screening questions. It did not appear there was a way to easily immediately recognize the people who did not properly answer these questions. Yes there is a "score" but a lower score is only an indication of something. Another site I also used, I will not name it as I have no idea if my review will be rejected because of that, offered better screening features so I could spend less time screening out those not meeting my requirements.
Result: I would use this site again regardless of what I see as its limitations.
