I recommend becoming a premium member to have access to all the job listings. There are more listings on this site than any other job board. Site is easy to navigate. Job listing stays updated/current. It is a really good site for nurses looking for a new position.
I set up three jobs. After several contacts, I was instructed to post them all under Ihirechefs. Therefore, even the accounting and graphic arts candidates came in under chefs. I did not find the process intuitive and it took time and was messy. I've gotten one hire of the three thus far and I am very excited about that hire.

I like receiving text messages regarding how many possible applicants iHire has found. However, when I click on the link, it gives me a popup that it cannot connect me and I end up having to go directly through iHire to get to the applicants. Also, it would be very helpful to have a more streamlined process to contact the applicants to ascertain their interest.

Having paid accounts is necessary for business, but the basic function of a job board is to apply to jobs. Paywall can gate items like specific career insights or ranking against other applicants- but applying to the job is as basic as it gets.
