On January 19,2017 I placed an order for two items.
My Aura casia Rose absolute essential oil was missing from this order. I received a refund. What I needed was the product, not the refund, but let's try again.
I placed a second order on January 25,2017 that also included the Aura casia Rose absolute essential oil a second time.
I do not know what is wrong with their customer service lately, but I do not understand why I have placed two orders for the same item and I have not received it either time.
My small business depends on this oil and my customers have been waiting for me to make custom products for them for two weeks because I'm waiting for the oil to be shipped from iherb.
I have been a loyal customer for 10 years with no problems before this year. I see the other reviews in the last 3 months are terrible as well. What happened Iherb?
Also, the packages that have been arriving from UPS recently have been severely punched in and damaged. I get my packages shipped to a UPS store from IHerb, and no other company packages are damaged this way like the ones that come from Iherb. UPS shippers and drivers are not taking care of the products that come from Iherb.
I asked for things in this webpage to be delivered to California. They just cancelled my order without even letting me know. $#*!ty service.
IHerb was once a great company. I've ordered from them many many times over the last 5+ years but never again. Their prices are now barely competitive rather than great and their shipping also has gone from cheap and trouble free to the slow expensive runaround that it is today. Canada post will no longer even attempt to deliver your package to your door because "by request of sender" the package will be held at a local office where you will have to pick it up AND... yes you guessed it... pay some undisclosed amount in bull$#*! fees and taxes. IHerb had their day but it's over.
I placed an order with iHerb.ca and paid them $9 shipping then i had to pay Canada Post another $15 shipping fee to get my order. When I tryied to contact customer service their phone doesnt work.
Just save your money and dont use them
Do not use this company. Although they charge you shipping there is a further charge of £12.00 as Royal Mail will not deliver due to me paying for the additional postage for tax etc. None of this was stated on their web page that you would need to pay taxes. When I emailed they were very unhelpful and said basically that it's not there problem. And if I was to send the items back I would need to pay postage so not worth my while. DO NOT USE THIS CONPANY BUY FROM UK ONLY. I have never left bad feed back for any company but I feel that this company is out of order and not honest at all.

When you buy an item online you should be informed of the full and complete costs. I wasn't and had an obtrusive call asking for a further 50% cost added. No ideal if they'll refund my £26 but I douby they are decent enough going by current methodology used! Outraged!
Had to wait nearly 2 months for my £40 ish order. Then pay £15 customs charges on top. Website has prices in uk ££ so unclear goods are coming from abroad. I wouldn't mind if it was clearly stated but it's not. Even then I ordered other goods from the USA where I was full informed of customs charges, 2 weeks after these and got them including me paying the customs charges, 2 weeks earlier so a full month more efficient! When I enquired where my order was I got a rude person telling me if it hadn't arrived by about 6 weeks after ordering or if I didn't want to pay the customs charges I could request a refund minus shipping charges. There's too many bad reviews on here for the company to ignore. Would be so easy for them to put the customs extra charge notice on their website but they don't. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If you're in the USA they're probably fine!
I ordered 30 November 2016. It arrived today 4th January 2017! Had all the usual fob offs you guys have had so, wont bother repeating it, BUT i noticed that the actual Postage label, on the package says 'Deutch Post, Frankfurt, Allemagne' 'Luftpost/Prioritaire. No date undortunately, but the main sticker is from USA! So how come my parcel, has taken over a month to get here, but with DHL, it, has come from Germany? Luckily there was no customs charges, i didn't have to sign for it either, so am really confused about their shipping now. I have wondered if they send it Surface/air and thats why not takes so long? Anyway, needless to say I will not be ordering from them ever agin, and nor will my friends. I've warned them all!
I-herb don't make clear they are an overseas website and you will be charged extra tax and customs when the package arrives - instead of putting this info clearly with the price, it is hidden in the small print of delivery options. I was asked for £20 customs and VAT for a £40 order - when I complained to IHerb, they didn't deal with it properly, but did promise a partial refund - when this didn't arrive and I complained, I got an incomprehensible and irrelevant reply - these guys are dishonest - don't use them!
Was charged twice upon picking up the shipment, first one, they claimed it's customs, and it was payment requested by them, second time, they claimed they got nothing to do with it and it marked on post Canada system, recipient pays shipping requested by sender.
Stay away from them, they low prices is just a scam to lower you to order
Never ordered from them, Never Received Any product from them, but my CC was charged 3 separate times. They had my CC# so I had to file a fraud claim to have the card canceled and replaced. ($#@!)
Look. There is one positive review, and a multitude of negative ones. Who am I going to believe... Hmmmmmmm... tough one...
I ordered over $400 worth of items from iHerb. Paid the full amount.
Due to iHerb's error I was told by delivery company that I need to pay tax of over $50. I said no. They said they will contact iHerb on next action.
I tried to contact iHerb but their customer service number does not accept customer calls. You can only write in.
Then I was told by DHL that iHerb instructed them to return shipment. I then receive an email to state that they will refund money minus shipping cost of more than $50.
1. No call or engagement with the CUSTOMER to even attempt an amicable settlement.
2. High handed approach since the money is already with them.
3. To date, I have am out of pocket of my money and no supplements.
Where is iHerbs Social and Corporate Responsibility? Such organisations should be blacklisted from ever doing business.

If there is a rate of 0 i would choose that. Ordered on 12th nov and havent not received my parcel even after 1 month. Contacted dhl but they said i have to deal with iherb to know what is the problem of the parcel. So i emailed iherb and THERE IS NO REPLY FROM THEM. WHAT A SERVICE MAN. DEFINITELY GOING TI BE MY FIRST AND LAST PURCHASE AND that few hundred ringgit (i m from malaysia) would be a lesson for me.
The mixed vegetable mixture was totally awesome. Just what we needed for our soup. So glad we are able to buy them by the pound.
If you live in the UK or outside the US don't use these iHerb people. Your goods will end up in customs and you will have to pay VAT etc to get the goods delivered. They deliberately make the website look like it is UK based and that the goods are coming from the UK. Don't use them.
Attention to everybody!
Iherb uses shipping companies without checking their requirements and promptness. I've made order on 12th of November and still not delivered. Don't waste time money and nerves!
I love herb, ignore the haters. They give a tracking number that doesn't work but i always get my products via australia post from California in a 2-3 weeks.

I placed an order with this company, to receive a message the following day that I had to pay an additional £17 in taxes and handling. I contacted the company who told me that it wasn't down to them but the courier company but they do state this in their terms and conditions. SO AFTER READING THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS I HAVE FOUND NOTHING TO SUPPORT THIS.
Don't buy from this company and beware they will not refund.

Answer: Well dont order from india. When the product will come to your door you will be surprised by the extra custom cost which is almost the price of your product. It happened with me i am from gujarat and i found out later that it happened with many others
Answer: Yes you will be charged extra, they dont make it clear when you place an order, but I was asked to pay an extra £15 sterling before they would deliver my goods to my home, so I refused and am waiting a refund of my order which they now tell me will take up to 6 months, not a good company to deal with, buy from home if I were you, I will not purchase from america again.

I had problems with not receiving my items, they didn't refund me after chasing them for over 6 months now and came to me with rediculoys excuses blaming UK customs and excise.
