I was planning a trip to Hong Kong, and decided to call them even though I was sceptical in the beginning. I was working with Julia and she was so helpful while trying to fit my crazy busy schedule and she got me the best deal possible, because she handled all the stress out of the planning process. Awesome service! Will call her again when will go to China in the spring!

I purchased 2 first class tickets to Singapore from Iflyfirst. Overall a good experience, saved a lot vs buying it directly from Singapore Airlines.
