I Fly First Class

I recently called iffc to book a trip to Asia. Wanted to have only the first class and with fewer stops as possible. Thankfully to their experience, I was able to save big bucks on the flight and Dmitry did all the work!

He definitely knows his stuff about all the destinations, and is a pro at getting me exactly what was looking for at a great price!

Purchased 2 tickets to Japan from iflyfirst in All Nippon suites, Dmitry got me an amazing deal. All went smoothly. I left a request first, he called me back with some options and I selected ANA. Paid with my credit card and he confirmed my tickets in 20 mins. They also requested vegan meal for me.

I had an issue with my bags for a connecting flight, they arrived next day. But overall it was a good experience. Tickets were emailed in 1 hour and they selected good seats for me. I will book again if they can get me a good price

We purchased 2 tickets to Italy with Iflyfirstclass. Were super excited to go with Lufthansa first class but unfortunately had to cancel due to corona virus. Customer service is good, they are fast to reply

It's very easy to book flights using IFlyFirstClass. They give only the best options in the market. There was one time I had to cancel my flight because of a family emergency. I know I have to pay some fees and expected a very long process, but IFlyFirstClass surprised me. They went above and beyond to make the process quicker than I expected.

It was our first time using a travel agency to book our trip. Tried all of those internet travel websites, and we realized that prices are out of the budget. Found this company and decided to call. It saved us hundreds of dollars on our hotel and airfare. We used those savings to go on a trip, that we have always wanted to do. Very good experience!

Who would have thought that a long, boring trip to China could actually be enjoyable? I found out that it actually can be when I flew with iffc. The environment on the plane was much more relaxed and actually felt like first class. I got to settle into a good book and the hours flew by, no pun intended. Exceptional service, I was most certainly pleased. Iffc again.

I can't remember the last positive review I have written but it's also been a long time I have been so impressed by a customer service representative. I had a problem with cancellation of a flight. Dmitry from the IFlyFirstClass dealt with my issue in such a professional and helpful way! IFlyFirstClass has just ensure a very loyal customer for life!

The customer service from IFlyFirstClass was excellent with fast responses to queries if I had any concerns. The flights were all great and the split airlines were excellent. I was able to select my seats 36 hours before the flights at no extra cost. My husband and I were sat together throughout the journey. Connections were smooth also and checking in online was easy.

I was assisted by the agent who was knowledgeable and patient. We spent a lot of time on searching for the flight and choosing the best seats. Got the ticket in a timely manner. Would recommend this company.

I was planning to stay for some more nights in this wonderful city Johannesburg, but my flight situation had changed, so I had to find a last minute ticket back to states asap. Dmitry is very responsive and always kind and detail oriented. He listens to your "wish list" and tries the best to find you the flight/city/layovers that he can - he gives lots of options and is always willing to look at something else if you ask.

I called him last Saturday and within 5 minutes he responded and I had a ticket an hour later! He's amazing! So kind and easy to talk to as well as extremely professional.

IFlyFirstClass is just amazing. I went online and I find the reviews very accurate. Whenever I've had to make an itinerary change they are very easy to deal with even with last-minute changes due to reasons beyond our control. Like there was one time when we've been delayed and had to deal with some changes, their customer service is very easy to deal with and very professional. I have never been disappointed.
