IFlyFirstClass is very reliable. I am pleased with their customer service. I spoke to Donna and Dennis. They were very accommodating. I did not get the flight that I originally wanted, but I understand since I booked the flight too late. However, they still managed to get a business seat for me despite the hectic schedule. Kudos to them.

If you're looking for an experienced, crackerjack travel professional, Dmitry is your guy. He delivers such excellent service. Dmitry found an amazing deal on last minute flights for me, and he helped me maneuver around an unforeseen visa issue.
