IFFC travel agency is really the best! This company have helped us with business trips to Milan, Paris, Dubai, and Osaka destinations. Their way of treating clients is on the top. There's no one else we will ever use again. They pay close attention to what we needed and they even added extras to make the business trip to be more convenient!
I was skeptical to book a flight with the company I've never heard about before but after checking all the information online this agency seemed like legit one. And they did not disappoint me, I've sent request and been contacted by their representative in 10 minutes, she gave me the price, flight details over the phone and I asked her to send it over to my email. She did just so in the next minute or so. I then called back to book it in half an hour and was waiting for her to say that the prices were before taxes, fees, one way or some other nonsense that a lot of shady businesses like to use. But I was very surprised to hear that this was my actual cost all in and that's exactly how much I was charged, god my eticket that same evening with assigned seats and a special meal request. Very easy and hustle free process. Highly recommended.

My parents travel infrequently, so I was mostly worried about them taking a trip during the holidays. Got my tickets to Hong Kong in business class from Dmitry and very happy with the price. Direct flight on airline website was more than $6000 and we got it for $3600. They were able to assign seats and add my TSA pre check number. Overall it was a good experience
I am not very savvy with computer stuff but it was very easy to establish my airline reservation despite the pandemic situation. To be sure that everything was accomplished correctly I phoned IFlyFirstClass and the customer service rep reviewed my reservation input line by line and confirmed my reservation. Asked the customer rep several questions concerning what I should do once I received my E ticket and he was very helpful. While we were still on the phone he said to check my email to see if I had any further questions. My customer service experience was amazing and I am so impressed. They literally saved my flight. I highly recommend them.
I ordered 4 tickets for my family within 48 hours, Den was the one who helped us. He got tickets and had to arrange the flight in US with a savings for over $2000.
