He had spent lots of time with me on the phone to figure out the best plan for my travels. Have to mention, that I did a plenty of research on my own, but he still found lower fares than I was able to find by myself and through other agents.

I got to go to Japan on my honeymoon! I found the most perfect, romantic destination in Japan. It had the works- luxury hotel, fine dining, and most importantly, horseback riding through Japan's wildlife! I cannot thank Alex enough for making my dreams come true! Not only did we get affordable plane tickets, but I also got to fly first class for the very first time! It made me feel wonderful during such a special time in my life. Is there some way I can award the IFFC team more than 5 stars? If there was such an option, I would take it because IFFC's service was top-notch. Den was our travel advisor through IFFC, and his service to us was stellar. He promptly answered all of our questions, and we had a lot of them! It's not often you can get such attentive, same-day response to your travel questions. He also got us prices for our trip that were much more affordable than anything I could find online. I absolutely will use them again, and I'll recommend them to others. 7 stars out of 5!

We were looking for a new travel agent since the one we've been working with retired. We called I Fly FirstClass in hopes to get a good deal on a flight and a hotel. Unfortunately they don't do cruise packages that we used to book. But their business class flight prices! We were so fortunate to find Dimitri as our travel expert because he told us so much about different planes cabins and even food that we wanted to try few different options in the same trip. Very knowledgeable person. The price for business class was cheaper than what we could have booked with airline directly and the whole experience was much more fun, he got us so excited to try this new business class cabin that we were looking forward to it more than to our date on a cruise. I called their office couple of times after the purchase and every person I spoke with was very professional and was happy to assist me with some questions I had. I think we found ourselves a new travel agency.
