I had been planning a trip to Spain ever since my high school Spanish class. I had finally saved enough money for a friend and me to go during the annual running of the bulls! However, all other airlines were really full, expensive, and not accommodative. When I found this company I was so excited! We got the best customer service, and they had no problem scheduling us in for a last minute flight. We even got to fly first class for cheaper than what the other airlines were offering for normal seats during this high traffic travel time. We saved so much money, that we got to do some extra souvenir shopping! I will definitely be using them for my next International adventure. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I was recently hired by an ecologist research team that does studies abroad. I had never done any traveling out of the states, so my first trip was a little nerve racking.

A) They listened to my feedback, who else does that these days! I have flown many, many airlines and know what it is like to have your suggestions blown off by uncaring employees. IFFC actually listened to what I had to say and solved the problem.
B) They are very courteous. I had an overall excellent experience with them, especially when it came to customer service. I am an extremely picky person and hardly ever fly an airline more than once, but I will be coming back to this one for my next trip.
C) Pricing is competitive and reasonable

One of my friends recommended me to check prices with this company as he traveled with them before. I was quite pleasantly surprised how much saving they offered me for our flight o Milano, however was anxious right before we checked in for the flight couldn't believe the tickets are real. Well, we had no problem at the airport and enjoyed our time in Europe even more knowing that we paid so much less then usual. Now I can recommend this company to everyone.

I found about iffc from internet. I was not sure about their credibility at first but still visited their website and submitted the form. In five minutes got an email notification that Alex was assigned as my agent and I should get a call with quotes shortly. Alex is a very good and patient agent. He worked with me for 2-3 hours in order to find the best possible rate. Alex never sounded tired or irritated because of my multiple questions. I'm sure that this guy is one of the best agent I've ever dealt with. From now on, will always use iffc and Alex for all my future trips.
