I'm writing this 3 weeks after I made the order and they still haven't responded to the multiple emails to *******@ifixit.com.

I emailed and asked them to cancel my order because my client went elsewhere after I couldn't get the part soon enough. I told him a week max and they shipped it a little over a week after I ordered it. They still haven't responded to my emails.

While I have made many orders with them I am looking for a better supplier now. This just doesn't work.

Iphone repair

I have ordered two new iphone batteries and a new screen and digitizer. The parts were reasonably priced and arrived within a few days of ordering. Shipping and handling fees always seem like a tax. The repair and replacement materials on the site are excellent.

Ifixit contacted me and rectified the situation immediately. They sent out a replacement product at no cost to me. I sent back the defective item and it was a success. I never doubted ifixit and they pulled through to remain a positive, trustworthy company. You cannot go wrong with ifixit products and customer service.

Received the product and upon installation I noticed that periodically lines appear in the screen and the screen does not adjust to light or dark ambiance changes.

I was having an issue with my face recognition. This iFixit company recognized the problem right away and had me up and going in minutes. The price was very reasonable and the staff was very friendly and useful, so thanks a lot.

I began having problems with my battery since September of 2018 and delayed addressing them. I started to look over different sites on how to fix it and came across ifixit.com. Although the price of the battery as well as the tools needed was expensive, it was well worth it because it allowed me to get the job done within 15-20 minutes. Also, the step-by-step guide was easy to follow along to.

Poor Customer servie

Their customer service sucks and their international shipping to Canada is the worst I have seen from any company. And I deal with a lot out of the US. Poor rating and when you try to re-contact your customer service agent your return email is not accepted on their server. POOR

I have never had issues. My replacement screen and power button came quicker then they estimated. Also when my home key button broke after my warranty they still replaced it and have guaranteed a continued customer!

The kit price was incredibly low for all the great tools and the battery it came with. I was able to use the guide on their website to successfully replace the battery in my Moto Z Force Droid. I couldn't pry up the back glass as shown in one step but I had planned for failure in that step and had already ordered replacement back glass, so I was able to get through it by breaking the glass. The kit arrived quickly, within about a week of ordering, and tracking communication was thorough. Excellent service.

Ifix it ltd is not a proper company if you buy anything from them you get damaged goods and definitely no refund back and you will get a private number call on your mobile it's the seller who then will abuse you and then say don't ever buy anything from me because of the feedback I gave as a true buyer you can't get hold of then even if you message them or contact them you you won't get any reply back unless you give a negative feedback and then you will get an abusive phone call on a private number on your mobile from the seller at the end of the day as a buyer you lose out no refund stay well away from this seller and the company worst company I have ever done business with never again

Headphone tip broke off in my IPAD. I brought it to the Apple store and they would not fix it but did tell me about the gripstick gadget that could be ordered through iFixit. I ordered it, watched the video (very important step) and it worked perfectly.

These people provide an easy to use site with lots of information on ipods, iphones, Macs, and many other products as well as parts and tools for repairing them. The repair tutorials have useful notes and pictures to guide one through the process. Parts prices are good and every time I buy something I also get coupons for $5 off another purchase. Since I buy repair parts frequently, I end up getting free shipping out of this. I have gotten fast, friendly, and very useful support over the phone and via email as well.

I thought I try out at buying a toolkit bundle from them over the weekend. I thought at first they look like a great company. I saw that they had holiday sales on their bundles as will a code for free shipping for purchases over $49, on their website. No expiration date. So I tried to buy the stuff and the code didn't work. So I e-mailed them. It was the weekend, so I thought I can wait till Monday to hear back from them. Monday came and the all the sale prices went off, before they replied to my e-mail. They replied and told me the code expired. Their was no expiration date on their website. I e-mail them back and told them that. They sent a diversionary response saying that it was in the advertising e-mails sent out. Since I just heard about them, I don't receive e-mails, so I didn't see. No expiration code on a displayed deal that is expired, that is clearly false advertising.

I have used this site many times to fix all kinds of things, from the battery on my iPhone to the drifting thumb-stick on my Xbox controller. They almost always have what I need in stock and ready to ship, but when they don't, at least I know what it is that I need. From the tools to do the job, all the way down to the replacements parts and spare screws, this site has almost everything. I love it and I tell everyone about it.

Unfortunately, I used a YouTube video, that wasn't detailed enough to replace the battery on an iPhone SE. As a result I screwed up a cable to the touch screen and had the 4 different length screws mixed up.
I then happened upon the ifixit.com site and the wonderfully detailed instructions complete with end-user comments blew me away!
Also, the quality of the replacement touch screen was great as were the instructions! I am now a believer in ifixit.com and highly recommend it. Wish I had happened upon this site

I wanted a new battery for my mid 2012 Macbook pro because he was at around 70% of its original capacity but i wasn't sure which battery would suit my Notebook.

Ifixit.com has a step-by-step guide to identify your Macbook pro exactly and without any doubt. The shipping was almost 1/3 of the order but i guess shipping to Europe isn't that cheap.
To sum up, great website, great service and reasonable prices! I recommend it for every person that wants to repair its goods before he/she buys a new replacement.

Everything up until i installed my screen was great, after closer inspection i noticed a white spot on my screen. I contacted them and they replied back with the option returning the screen and getting a new one, i replied by telling them that taking apart my iphone again would be a hassle and asked them if i can get just some type of reinbursement (even a partial one) and from that point on they just never gave me an answer back!

Ordered a battery from them, and I live in Canada and was not notified properly that I would be paying upwards of 90$ for international shipping plus duties and import taxes until the shipper called me that I would have to pay them these fees before I would get the product... This is very shady and they will not refund the product without me shipping it back which will cost another 80$ (Total more than the cost of the battery.

If they had been shown the overall cost clearly this would have never happened, I would have bought it from a Canadian supplier.
