I wish I could give them a zero. I had to use this company for a background check to obtain a professional license. They have me listed as having been arrested. Never have been arrested in my life. The courts and police department don't have a record of an arrest... because I HAVE NEVER BEEN ARRESTED! Now this is holding me up.
I have remained my identogo hard copy now 11 days ago, the poor lady on the phone w my status update tells me her supervisor can't even locate that they in fact have it, but I am able to provide the tracking number & date of receipt, it apparently takes 3 weeks to even upload the card to begin processing, this specialty company needs competition with better service as I am now awaiting a background check to receive a state license, very poor crappy service, I have my tracking number as proof
My experience with identigo in pearland, tx was so bad that I have to type my review while sitting in the car. Whomever the lady is working on Monday June 21,2021 needs to be fired. She was rude to the person before me (very rudely saying "well I don't speak Spanish so we got a problem). She was rude to me. Telling me my information was wrong but didn't want to tell me WHAT was wrong. I told her that I had an email from my employer and she responded "none of those were from me". I know you stupid woman, I just told you they were from my EMPLOYER. While being rude to me she snapped at a gentleman waiting saying "I don't do 45 appointments" when he told her his appt was at 9:45. This woman needs to be FIRED! If I treated customers like that I'd never keep nor probably even get hired for a job! After all of this she refused to fingerprint me. What an absolute horrible person.

NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE. Strange. I will never ever give indentogo any business. I own a big translator company in Spring TX and use lots of fingerprint svces. Never again indentogo. Many many bad experiences.
Wanted me to go back to my car, in the rain, because I was 10 minutes early. Required that I wait outside... should have nicer service.
Phone service took >30 min and then they dropped the call.
I mistakenly missed my appointment and they somehow manged to remove my appointment, where I couldn't reschedule for the same day either that or they don't allow you to reschedule the same day. I still think you should be able to see if everything is taken and reschedule if there's availability. Ok miss the appointment, give 5 minutes graces period, allow someone else to take it. But, still allow for people to reschedule the same day.
I requested the report be sent to the court house to be placed in my records. They never received it. I called 'IdentoGO', they say it was email to me. When I asked why it was email to me, they reported because I had listed it on my application. My application was request to be fingerprinted not where I needed the report to go. I called local TxDPS and again they say it was emailed to me and only good for 14 days. Worse yet, it would have been from 'adb. Fast'... why would it be sent from such an odd address and only good for 14 days? So now, I have to drive 55 miles AGAIN and pay AGAIN to get my fingerprint report. It appears this is a very unjust scam. Its a shame, I pay for a report, never received it and now I have to do it again.

I had an appointment, but first they told me I couldn't use my form of payment, then they told me I signed up wrong. When I asked for help, as I was THE ONLY person in the building, they just started yelling at me to the point of tears. As if this wasn't enough, TWO employees followed me out of the building to my car and kept yelling at me. I lodged a complaint with corporate, but I've had MUCH better experiences with other locations with helpful employees. The employees here are incredibly aggressive and rude. What professional service follows people to their car to berate them!?

I went in for a typical FBI identity history check and never got my results. After several attempts to find out where my results were, I would get things like "call this number" or "I don't deal with that state" never getting a clear answer. I finally got the answers I was looking for but it was too late to view my results. The reason for this issue is that all my information was incorrectly entered into the system so I never got notification my results were ready to view. In order to get the results I will have to spend another $50.00 to begin a new inquiry and take more time out of my already busy day. There is no compensation or discount available which I find irritating as it was their clerical error which caused the lack of communication to let me know when they were available. Identogo is a waste of space and needs to do the right thing when they are the ones who messed up to begin with. My several attempts to find out the results via phone call resulted in a run around time and time again. I will not use Identogo again and will advise others to avoid using them at any cost. Thanks for wasting my time and money Identogo!
If you have anywhere else to go…. Go there!

Went to the Bloomington location right off of 494 W, IdentoGO 2626 E 82nd St Ste 150, Lady was super rude asked me if I had a mask and I told her no thinking she would just give me one. She then proceeds to tell me "well you should have one", then super passively aggressive slams the mask on the counter. To wake up and go do something that you need to get done and to have someone overly rude its just such a morning killer. My mood is shot and hopefully it gets better. Then tells me I have to pay when I actually didn't have to since im an employee through M Health Fairview..
I have used this company before and I was satisfied but I cannot state the same this time. I am shocked and appalled at the lack of customer service that I received today. The young man performing the scans should not be employed as someone who works with the public. My fingers were scanning a "try again" reading and when I pointed this out, the representative was very casual and said "well, I am doing the best I can and we have customers waiting." Um, excuse me? I am paying for a service and I want that service to be done correctly. YOU HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS? I am going to assume that you were absent for days 1-30 of the customer service training classes. I then asked if he changes his gloves after each client an he said "no, we were going through so many boxes so I just sanitize." Once again, "say what?" Who runs a company like this? As we continued on with the "poor readings" I once again explained that I am not coming back to do this again and the guy working with him blurts out "you won't have to pay again." I don't even think I should be paying this time, this is awful. I will be honest, I have double-jointed fingers so if you need me to put my fingers a "different" way, I am able to so there is no reason as to why you cannot get an accurate reading. I would not recommend using this company for your fingerprinting needs. And by the other reviews, it looks like we are all in agreement.
I never take the time to write poor reviews online, but this time it is needed. Every-time I have been to this place I have had nothing but problems and all the employees are EXTREMELY rude and talk to you like you are an idiot. Today I went for a SCHEDULED appointment for 9:20am, got there and the door was locked with multiple people standing outside waiting. Finally an employee comes out, and is rude right off the bat, saying " I don't know why you're all here we don't open until noon and we're not doing fingerprints today anyway" after we all told him we were able to make appointments online he said "that's not my problem you need to call them" and I told him I had a screen shot of the appointment he said "I don't really care about your picture, I'm just trying to relax" I can't believe a business can hire such rude arrogant people!
Wow, I just read other reviews on different IdentoGo locations: IdentoGo must make it a prerequisite to hire rude, unfriendly and inconsiderate staff. My disappointing experience was at the Northbrook, IL location. Several of us were lined up outside of the locked door waiting for them to re-open at 1pm after lunch. Several minutes after 1pm, we tried the door again and it was open. Although it was a glass door and we were standing in front of a glass window, we did not hear or see anyone open it, nor did they acknowledge us as they opened the door even though it was obvious they saw the line-up waiting outside. Rude! We even asked, "didn't you see us standing there?" Her reply was just, we opened the door at 1pm. And it didn't stop there. The girl who processed my enrollment was so unfriendly, I wondered why she even bothered working there. I don't know if the staff must hate their job, or if the terrible customer service attitude trickles down from the top. It doesn't take much effort for one person to be courteous and considerate of others, especially when their customers are courteous and respectful during their appointment!
First appointment was at a location where the clerk just decided to close up shop for the day at lunchtime. No one called to say my appointment was cancelled. There were six of us waiting (all with appointments) and one poor woman had driven two and half hours to get there. After waiting on hold for over an hour, someone at Identigo finally answered and just said "sorry, we have no idea where they are, would you like to reschedule somewhere else?" I found another location and got fingerprinted, but now I can't find where my fingerprints are. I call the contact number and am told to press "8" to speak to a representative, then am quickly told no one answered that extension and get sent back to main menu. I literally have NO idea where my fingerprints are being sent (they were not requested by an employer, but are needed for a license) and no idea how to get a human to talk to me. Will they be emailed to me? I guess I will just keeping hitting different numbers and hope someone will eventually answer and give me some clue. And the website is useless.
Answer: To date, given that they took my money, haven't provided the service and won't respond to my queries, it looks suspicious.

Answer: When I called to report that I was stood up for my appointment, the woman was VERY nice and said they could probably waive the fee for my replacement appointment. Of course, the woman at the office I went to was much more like the other reviews I've read here. Now, what I did to get through and speak to a person was to just randomly pick numbers on their phone tree system until they tell you you've "exceeded the allowable attempts." Then you will be connected to a person. Both times I've spoken with anyone, it took a bit of a minute but not too long. I am in Texas, in case that makes a difference.
