Do you have any questions about how poor security is online? I know I don't, especially after the week when every credit card I carry got compromised at once; even my bank card. No more of that for me. I signed up with Identity Guard and I haven't had a problem since. Wish I had found out about them sooner and saved myself 2 weeks of having to always carry cash!

I admit that when it comes to handling money I don't really know what I'm doing. I need all the help I can get. Identity Guard gives me peace of mine to buy things on the Internet. I hate going out to shopping malls for gifts and things. I'd much rather stay at home and click my way into birthday and holiday gift giving. I love Identity Guard otherwise my identity would have been stolen a hundred times by now.

This is one of the greatest companies I've ever had the pleasure of getting services from. They are the real deal, and I've had a better experience in six months with them than in over two years of other credit protection services. Add that to the fact that their lost wallet program helped me out of a jam when I was on vacation, and there's no way I'd ever use another program again.

This company is just what I was looking for. I looked at a number of other credit monitoring companies. None of them came close to offering the same services that I get from Identity Guard. They help me learn how to improve my credit while helping me monitor it. I even have identity theft insurance now in the event that my identity is stolen. Best of all, they have great prices on their different plans.

I chose Identity Guard because it was comprehensive and reasonably priced. I had one problem before where someone looked at my credit card when I was checking out at a department store. It's hard to believe that there are people that are just predators like that, but this is the world we live in. I don't like it, but what to do? Can't pretend like everything is peaches and cream. I feel calmer now that I have taken some action to protect myself from identity theft. These are the kinds of things that makes me feel helpless and it feels a lot better to have back-up in these matters. Its empowering.

Identity Guard is great! I have known several people who have gotten their identities stolen and seeing them go through that terrible experience makes me not want to ever have to deal with that. Using Identity Guard I feel safe and secure. I get text alerts from them and they also monitor my credit. I love knowing that if something ever does happen I am already protected. Its like insurance for your credit.

We've been a customer for over 10 years. They were very little of value when one of our identities was stolen a few years ago. They recently changed their platform without updating us. And it's taken us over 3 months to cancel our billing, even though we cancelled our account. Lots of phone calls and frustration.

It was easy to navigate their website, the first few weeks was great. Then down hill. I canceled my service within the free trial. However, i was still billed twice. Just sad. Then when i request my funds be put back on my card they said the would do so immediately. Nevertheless nothing happened after 3 days of calling and waiting on hold. I was finally informed that it would take a full billing cycle for my funds to return to my account.

Will not return for anymore business. I would refer for persons whom like to check their credit and score. 3 1/2 stars. Only because they withdrawn funds from my account after i canceled.

Identity Guard is one of the best program out there for keeping my identity safe. I don't have a lot of money, but what I do have I would like to keep. Identity Guard helped that on two fronts. It was reasonably priced, so I wasn't breaking the bank keeping my money safe, and the protection was impeccable. I did a lot of research before picking this company. I chose them because they were reliable and had a decade of experience. You can't get much better than that.

I applied on line and immediately was directed to what was supposed to be my credit score from both Equifax and Trans Union. It was not. Only partial was there. So I called in within 24 hours to cancel membership. The women said my phone number did not exist in system. I then provided address... she said did not exist. I logged into my account (via link they sent through email) and all my information was accurate - I gave her my member ship number and she still said she couldn't cancel as I didn't exist... hmm. So I tried to clarify I have a member number, an email and all my details are in my account but you can't find me? I was able to click cancel on my membership account but will be watching closely to ensure my bank account is not used for future payments. Very very shady.

With custom monitoring, alerts and state of the art identity protection, I'm protected from identity theft and misuse. When I first started with this program, I admit that I was skeptical. I didn't believe that a program like this could actually work for someone like me. I have access to many sites and post content on most of them. If one of my passwords were stolen, then it could be disastrous. I used this program to protect me and it worked like a charm. They make you feel so safe all the time and I have no problem using all these sites. I know they will not be hacked because someone stole my password.

When my sister came to visit me, I stopped at the bank to get some cash so we could make a day of it at Disney. I did not know that I had left my debit card in the ladies room at the bank. I thought I had left it home, but it wasn't there. So I called the Identity Guard people. I had a two-week trial of their services. They helped me deactivate all of my credit cards and were very helpful by watching my credit scores. You know that I bought the full package of this insurance and it makes me confident if anything happens again.

Very unreasonable and stealing my money. I called to refund service that had auto-renewed today. They took $212 from me that they refuse to refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE. Long hold times, lots of transfers when you call. Obnoxious hold music.

Every week I read a story about someone's identity being stolen. Recovering from ID theft can be costly and time consuming. Then I discovered Identity Guard. They actually help prevent ID theft by monitoring not just your personal identification, but they watch your credit scores along with other services. In fact, they have helped customers recover after theft. I thought that it would be really expensive to have this kind of coverage for myself, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it is very affordable. Identity Guard has relieved me from the worry of identify theft.

Do you need to be worried about your child's identity being stolen? After all, most children do not have credit cards or a credit rating. You might be surprised by the answer. I already know about the great job Identity Guard does when someone's identity has been compromised. This company goes all out to monitor our credit rating and our financial institutions for a very reasonable price. But there is a growing market for children's Social Security numbers.

I talked to my daughter and her husband about getting Identify Theft protection for my granddaughter when I discovered that people could take my granddaughter's Social Security number, add it to another person's name and a third person's location to create a whole new identity. The possibility of anyone noticing that her Social Security number had been stolen is slim given that 5-year-olds don't have much use for a credit rating. It could be awhile before the thief could be caught. In fact, I am going to offer to pay for half of it just for the peace of mind it will give me.

I tried to buy the basic service and of course they blocked that purchase from going through online so that you have to call them. Then the spin begins. No matter what you say, the horror stories and the fear they try to drive in to you begin, to buy the top line package is relentless. After 21 minutes of back and forth, of his unwillingness to just sell me the basic package, I was told "you might as well buy nothing and take your chances". That's what you get for trying to buy the only thing you can afford for yourself when your budget doesn't allow the top of the line program. Crystal clear what they care about. It's just the money they want. And not trying too help a customer feel any level of protection. We can't all afford Ferrari's. Sad your company doesn't see that, or worse, care! Found another provider; Zander, who frankly offered more coverage than your basic package, at a lower costs than your second tier package, or your and your parent company; Aura offering. Thank you for pushing me elsewhere.

This company is the best one I have found for identity theft protection. I have used other companies out there and none of them can compare. I love that there are so many different features like insurance against identity theft, the protection software for your computer and so much more. When you look at the cost compared to what all they offer, it is a great deal.

I've been trying to find a way to keep my identity safe ever since my credit card was stolen a few years ago and it took me months to get it sorted out. Identityguard was the first place that I found that actually made me feel safe. I know that when I'm surfing or buying items online that my identity, passwords and everything else is in safe hands.

I've had several friends also comment on Identity Guard after I turned them on to it. It's the best value out there.
