Nobody showed up for work today at Identogo! I took the morning off, drove 20 miles one direction, have a pending application requiring I have my fingerprints done today... and nobody bothered to show up. Waited a full half hour as I am so desperate to get these done on time. Tried speaking to an actual person and found they have made that impossible. Was hoping to get priority at a different location due to the disaster of the original one. Now I'm taking a full day off and running all over town to get this completed. Furious.
I had an appointment, but first they told me I couldn't use my form of payment, then they told me I signed up wrong. When I asked for help, as I was THE ONLY person in the building, they just started yelling at me to the point of tears. As if this wasn't enough, TWO employees followed me out of the building to my car and kept yelling at me. I lodged a complaint with corporate, but I've had MUCH better experiences with other locations with helpful employees. The employees here are incredibly aggressive and rude. What professional service follows people to their car to berate them!?
Worst company I've ever dealt with, no customer service to speak of, website about as user friendly as a 1980's computer, rude employees, no way to make an appointment at the site, tried to make a phone appointment and got a really rude employee that was only interested in a case number, naturally I didn't have one because I haven't made an appointment yet. Total worst experience, if I could give it minus numbers it would be a -5. If I ran my business the way they do I would be out of business in a week! Sorry but they should come up with a better business plan!
Should be a zero. Had an appointment verified by text messages. The people working there refused to identify themselves and also refused to provide service. They lied and acted unbalanced. These people should NOT be handling anyone's personal identification. Threatened me with trespass, I said ok do it, They have a Government Contract and do not follow any code of ethics. I mistakenly missed my appointment and they somehow manged to remove my appointment, where I couldn't reschedule for the same day either that or they don't allow you to reschedule the same day. I still think you should be able to see if everything is taken and reschedule if there's availability. Ok miss the appointment, give 5 minutes graces period, allow someone else to take it. But, still allow for people to reschedule the same day.
I have remained my identogo hard copy now 11 days ago, the poor lady on the phone w my status update tells me her supervisor can't even locate that they in fact have it, but I am able to provide the tracking number & date of receipt, it apparently takes 3 weeks to even upload the card to begin processing, this specialty company needs competition with better service as I am now awaiting a background check to receive a state license, very poor crappy service, I have my tracking number as proof

Using this company is the only option we are given. I have been using them for my employee's for 7 years. Some of the workers are so rude, I send my people there... they get told no appointment is in the system. I always have my employee's bring the paperwork for proof of appointment. Then they send my employee away and we have to start again. I know from speaking to a supervisor that all the fp employee has to do is call to get the appointment verified but they never do it. Sent an employee last week to a different location and when she got there a note was on the door that said not fingerprinting until further notice... but online let me make an appointment. This company makes it almost impossible to be able to hire people.
If you have anywhere else to go…. Go there!
They make lots of appointments at the same time then you have a long wait!

I needed to get fingerprinted for a job, and going through this was terrible. On their website they said walkins were welcome, but then when we arrived they said they only took appointments. Their website was hard to use and not efficient, but calling to make an appointment was even worse. It takes forever to get connected and so much personal information is required to put in. I finally scheduled an appointment and they canceled on me! I now have to drive over half an hour to a different location at a later date to try and get fingerprinted before the deadline for my job training. I am not one to use profanity, and it is specified in the guidelines not to, but I would have some very strong language to use about this place. A horrible company, a horrible experience, and I will live a happy life if I never have to interact with them again.

I prepaid for my fingerprinting appointment. When I went to my appointment, they couldn't confirm my payment and instructed me to pay a second time and request a refund. I did exactly as requested and emailed all of the required info. I never received a response, no email or returned call. When I call customer service there a a ton of menu options that don't apply and no way to speak to a person.
One month before my license and hazmat was up I thought I get an early start. Went down to Springfield, ma location and the women was upset I was a walk in. Did everything I needed to to do. All my paperwork was in order. 3 weeks goes by no word 4th week, 5th week I tried calling several times to find out what was happening. I was told that my account feel through the cracks. I had stated I will loose my job if it doesn't come back. 7 weeks later my account was kicked out of the system. I had to go through the whole process again. The women in Springfield the 2nd time was very rude and not compliant I had to file a complaint about her.
This is the absolute worst business ever! I cannot start my job without these results, there is not a way to email them and every phone number associated does not connect you to a live representative. I have waited over a month for my results that say "processing" The staff at the location were horribly rude and act as if they I was interrupting their day. Is their not a better way to be this? I got my TSA precheck faster than this, which I am sure is the SAME PROCESS! I will be cancelling this payment on card and requesting a refund!
I had the worst customer service experience ever here! When I asked the employee to explain the process to me they could not answer any of my questions. He stated, "I have nothing to do with the website, this is just a side hustle." I would think twice before handing over legal documents to someone who is just working a "side hustle." Rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful establishment.

Total lack of pleasant, courteous, helpful customer service at the Martinsburg, WV locus. The female technician was incredibly rude and attempted to blame their equipment dysfunction on my fingers. I had no choice but to use this location and hope never to have to again. Glad I am not the one who wasted good money on poor service.
The interviewer showed up a half hour late. She was not wearing a mask but I had to. I tried to explain that I per paid for the application and her response was " you went to the wrong site". She did not even try to explain or help. She just wanted me to pay again. I said I would not and she told me to leave.
This review is specific to the Brick NJ location. I was 20 min early for my appt and the two people scheduled before me didn't show up. I was done with my appt 10 min before my scheduled time. Nobody was in the waiting room. I asked if my daughter, who had come with me as a walk in could be seen, it's an easy process takes less than 5 minutes. The lady told me there was no way she could be seen because she wanted to do paperwork instead. There were 2 no shows and you can't do a walk in? What's the purpose of allowing walk in appts if you don't even attempt to do them? LAZY employee.
My wife has just returned home in tears after being so ill treated by the staff working at the Identogo location in 2951 Swede Rd, East Norriton, PA *******. These particular workers were there on Friday Oct 15,2021 during the morning shift. After showing up early for her appointment, my wife quickly learned that the staff were not checking for appointments but simply allowing everyone to form a line as they arrived. Not a big deal, but the line of people physically went all the way to the door so my wife stood to the side to allow others to enter/exit the door. After approximately 30 minutes, the line began moving when a new customer entered the door and physically squeezed herself into the line ahead of my wife. When my wife mentioned that she was next, the lady took out her phone and began arguing loudly that my wife was trying to "budge". The commotion brought one of the only two employees out of their work area where my wife attempted to explain that she had an appointment (now a half hour behind schedule) and that she had been waiting well before this other woman arrived. The employee simply told my wife that "I don't like that you're causing a ruckus and I think you need to leave" while the other woman stood beside her watching with her phone still out. My wife, feeling exasperated and embarrassed by what she felt strongly to be a racially motivated bullying on the part of the staff left the store and returned home in tears. I would go back myself to this store and have a word with management if it sounded like there was any sort of "management" in existence there (and I'm worried I'd be arrested after hearing how my wife was treated at this joke of a business). Avoid if you can. If you have the right complexion, you might fair slightly better but based on the facts, the staff at this location couldn't give less of a f*** about you or your professional needs that stores like this somehow managed to secure government contracts for. I realize this review won't change a thing but at least it may drive some of you to avoid this particular location if you are at all able, and allow the staff there to go back to sitting on their cell phones in an empty building as they clearly prefer over doing an honest day's work.
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I showed up for my appointment 10min ahead of time, just like the instructions said and there were already twe gentlemen who had just signed in before me. The processor (I didn't get her name, because she kept her badge turned around) saw one of the two men and proceeded proceeded leave. When we stopped her to question her, she said "I'm done for the day, I close at 4:30". Then proceeded to argue with us both saying we were not out there when we said we were. She is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. She left the building when we stood our ground. Both of us had already driven an hour just to make the appointment. She then stormed back in and demanded my passport and payment. She snapped with every question and treated me like an idiot the entire time I was in there. Don't book this location until she either has an attitude adjustment or they replace her.

Of course, the woman at the office I went to was much more like the other reviews I've read here. Now, what I did to get through and speak to a person was to just randomly pick numbers on their phone tree system until they tell you you've "exceeded the allowable attempts." Then you will be connected to a person. Both times I've spoken with anyone, it took a bit of a minute but not too long. I am in Texas, in case that makes a difference.
