The company's reputation is significantly marred by widespread dissatisfaction regarding customer service and operational inefficiencies. Customers frequently report poor communication, rudeness from staff, and difficulty accessing support, leading to frustration over service delays and unfulfilled appointments. While there are isolated instances of friendly and efficient service, these are overshadowed by complaints about unprofessional behavior and a lack of accountability. Overall, the sentiment reflects a pressing need for improved training, clearer operational protocols, and enhanced customer support to rebuild trust and ensure a reliable service experience.

Went to IdentoGO in chatt. Very rude and weren't willing to help with questions I had they are just rushing people in and out
Why have a phone number if you intend not to use it~~~
I had an appointment that I needed to reschedule in Georgia a state where if you need to get fingerprinted you need to wait like for 2 weeks! I called on two occasions and stayed on the phone for 1 hour and no one answered the phone!
Wow, I just read other reviews on different IdentoGo locations: IdentoGo must make it a prerequisite to hire rude, unfriendly and inconsiderate staff. My disappointing experience was at the Northbrook, IL location. Several of us were lined up outside of the locked door waiting for them to re-open at 1pm after lunch. Several minutes after 1pm, we tried the door again and it was open. Although it was a glass door and we were standing in front of a glass window, we did not hear or see anyone open it, nor did they acknowledge us as they opened the door even though it was obvious they saw the line-up waiting outside. Rude! We even asked, "didn't you see us standing there?" Her reply was just, we opened the door at 1pm. And it didn't stop there. The girl who processed my enrollment was so unfriendly, I wondered why she even bothered working there. I don't know if the staff must hate their job, or if the terrible customer service attitude trickles down from the top. It doesn't take much effort for one person to be courteous and considerate of others, especially when their customers are courteous and respectful during their appointment!
I scheduled an appointment to have fingerprints done for my job last week. My appointment was scheduled for a location that this company listed for fingerprint service. I showed up and the location was closed. There were a few of us in line, and one woman said she was actually reschedule for the same location the next day, and this was her 2nd time showing up. I left and contacted customer service only to be told that I had to reschedule for the next day because they do not do same-day appointments. This would have been fine if I would not have taken the time to schedule the appointment with the inconvenience of having to re-organize my schedule for the following day. Also stay that there have been other regarding business, yet it remained active as a location! I hope this company read the reviews and runs frequent checks on businesses that are supposed to perform this service.
No wait and social distancing were the only positives. VERY RUDE staff! Unclear instructions. If I ever need fingerprints again I will find another place!
My wife and I had a superb experience today with IdentoGO in Deer Park, getting signed up for TSA Pre Check! We had made an appointment for the afternoon and arrived with the required documentation. The front desk was prompt in checking us in and our experience from then on was nothing short of FUN! David N. Handled our registration in the TSA program. He was efficient, fast, and above all entertaining throughout the process. We were in and out in probably 30 minutes. Highly recommend this office. We watched one of the other coordinators during our brief wait to see David, and he appeared just as fun. What a novel approach - making a usually mundane bureaucratic process entertaining. Well done IdentoGO!
For most of us waiting in line we were used to DCIU. The rooms were not private, filthy, air conditioner barely working, no masks by some of staff and even a dog roaming around. Appointments were way behind schedule, we waited almost an hour. I can't imagine anyone having anything but fingerprints done here!
Indentigo in Bensalem said they take walkins but give preference to appointments. No problem. I went this week with out an appointment. I walked in and no customers were there. The guy at the desk said come back later today we have appointments coming in. No, it took me 1/2 hr to get here I'm not coming back, no one is here it will take give minutes to do ink prints. No you can come back at 1:30. I explained the distance and that the fairless hills office had messed up my prints, come back later. I asked if there were other locations and he named one that was one and a half hrs away. Really? He said I'm not from the area you can come back. Are there other places that do fingerprints? You can look it up or come back. When I left there was still no one in there. Extremely rude customer service. I went elsewhere where the people were nice
Once upon a time, it was acceptable to get fingerprints from the local police station, which usually cost 5 dollars or so. Then Identogo came along and completely ruined that. The whole point of Identogo, so I have been told, is that now my fingerprints are forever saved in their database! The problem is... they aren't. Or at least it doesn't matter. Making appointments is a hassle (if they keep the appointment), are generally part of a side business run in the corner of a random little strip mall shop, and every new job requires another round of fingerprints, even though they all use Identogo. Basically this company is making money hand over fist to provide fingerprints they already have time and time again.
I would like to first start off by saying that I have never written a bad review before even though I have had plenty of bad experiences before but never bad enough where I thought it was necessary to write a review. So this is saying A LOT I'm writing this so people can save themselves from wasting time and energy. Everyone that works at this place is so rude and disrespectful. The receptionists sit on their chairs and do nothing. Absolutely nothing. Their jobs are not complicated at all, and yet for some reason they sit on their chairs all high and mighty like they are the queen of England. I have NEVER been spoken to in such rude manners. They made me run around multiple times because they are lazy and don't want to tell you what you need to do. Also never schedule and appointment online because their machines are probably from the 1900's, I scheduled 3 appointments with them online and went in 3 times and everytime was told that my "appointment didn't go through" so they couldn't take my finger print. On the 4th day I showed up finally thought I'd get it done... lol jokes on me for thinking that they would finally get it done. My job is counting on this and it seems like never ending garbage with them. All I wanted was to get my finger print done and let me say after I drove 30 mins, for 4 days in a row trying to get it done I gave up and will be finding somewhere else to go. I don't know how this place is still running or the employees that work there aren't getting fired? I see so many bad reviews and yet it's still an awful place with god awful employees. DO NOT GO HERE. I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WILL REGRET IT. If you want to waste so much time and get spoken to like trash then be their guest but otherwise stay away. Someone close this place down or get all new employees because this Is not okay. Also to make this more specific this is the place located in Springfield on Cooley st. 0 stars. Should be closed.
My experience with identigo in pearland, tx was so bad that I have to type my review while sitting in the car. Whomever the lady is working on Monday June 21,2021 needs to be fired. She was rude to the person before me (very rudely saying "well I don't speak Spanish so we got a problem). She was rude to me. Telling me my information was wrong but didn't want to tell me WHAT was wrong. I told her that I had an email from my employer and she responded "none of those were from me". I know you stupid woman, I just told you they were from my EMPLOYER. While being rude to me she snapped at a gentleman waiting saying "I don't do 45 appointments" when he told her his appt was at 9:45. This woman needs to be FIRED! If I treated customers like that I'd never keep nor probably even get hired for a job! After all of this she refused to fingerprint me. What an absolute horrible person.
First of all I took off work for my 10:00 appointment.
Drove 25 mi to the location and the sign on the door said we will be open at 1:00 today... Double checked to make sure I didn't get a cancellation email and I did not...
Called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do...
Went back at 1:00 p.m. like everybody did place was packed...
But not to worry, we had entertainment The employee at the reception area had vulgar rap music playing from their alarm clock radio... Jesus Christ what kind of place is this? The only reason I rated one star is because it wouldn't let me type a review without giving at least one star So there is your one star Hope you're happy because I will never ever go to this place again...
Get the first available appt if germaphobe! Its a disgusting long wait in a crowded room despite appt.
4045 Cypresswood dr ******* in Spring, TX. The man working there is the most rudest and disrespectful person eve. I called so many numbers trying to get hold of anyone to help me. NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE. Strange. I will never ever give indentogo any business. I own a big translator company in Spring TX and use lots of fingerprint svces. Never again indentogo. Many many bad experiences.
This company does not clearly outline where the documents will be sent. I have been MONTHS for an FEIN from IRS all to the fault of these uncomprehensive services I now have went an ENTIRE tax Season without ANY paying clients. THANK YOU INDENTOGO for sending my fingerprints to teh wrong place., What else could I have paid you for?
My results got lost in my spam email and then disappeared after having to go through 2 attempts at fingerprinting and identogo could not re send the information. I don't understand why they can't be more helpful and give you more of a chance to access your own results that you paid for and need for work, very frustrating process.
Extremely rude staff. I left feeling upset and frustrated by the way I was treated during my TSA PreCheck interview. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
My husband has been working during this pandemic all types of hours with only one day off Sunday, he's working for JB Hunt/ Homedepot, so he's essential. He can't make an appointment cause he don't know when his day is done, so he only can go during the walk-in hours 5pm-7pm the Edison, NJ office. They've turned him away 3 TIMES with 3 different excuses; I'm here by myself, it's too late(@ 6:15 they told my husband he was too late) &, just this Wednesday@ 5:00pm they told him appointment only, but this is the walk-ins hours it say it on the website. My husband is TRYING to get his TWIC. This branch needs to be closed down. There's no supervisor, for complaints. Please if anyone know of any websites I could lodge a formal complaint to please contact me.
I called 5 times. All being about 20-25 minutes. Just to be rejected and told I can't schedule an appointment. I had to take matters into my own hands and figure everything out by myself and schedule an appointment online because the people didn't want to help me.
Answer: To date, given that they took my money, haven't provided the service and won't respond to my queries, it looks suspicious.
Answer: I was forced to. The company I was getting my fingerprints for had no other options. Believe me, they will know how Identogo treats their "customers".
Answer: Your are lucky if you receive them at all. They take money and give nothing in return.
Answer: I would not believe a word they tell you. These people are lairs and crooks
Answer: When I called to report that I was stood up for my appointment, the woman was VERY nice and said they could probably waive the fee for my replacement appointment. Of course, the woman at the office I went to was much more like the other reviews I've read here. Now, what I did to get through and speak to a person was to just randomly pick numbers on their phone tree system until they tell you you've "exceeded the allowable attempts." Then you will be connected to a person. Both times I've spoken with anyone, it took a bit of a minute but not too long. I am in Texas, in case that makes a difference.
