This company does not clearly outline where the documents will be sent. I have been MONTHS for an FEIN from IRS all to the fault of these uncomprehensive services I now have went an ENTIRE tax Season without ANY paying clients. THANK YOU INDENTOGO for sending my fingerprints to teh wrong place., What else could I have paid you for?

Tip for consumers:
Use some other company. If you have problems all they have is a swiper for payment and customer service to direct you elsewhere for help not within the company
