Awful. Kept saying "something went wrong." Very frustrating. Spent all day yesterday without success. Tried again today and worked. My husband tried today. No success. They couldn't verify his ID. It went downhill after that. Still didn't get a pin. Spent HOURS on this. Need something easier for those who are not tech savy.

If I had to do it over, when it comes to uploading a picture of your ID, I would not say that I had a smart phone- using their app to upload photos of ID never worked. Say no to that option, take pictures with your phone, save to PC and upload that way. Also, on the ID confirmation part- don't do self serve there either. Getting their software to take a selfie with your webcam is horrible. I tried for 30 minutes to get it to work. Finally, went with live agent call method and it took 5 minutes. Easy.

Potentially a great improvement to security. But this software needs a LOT of work. I hope the security side is in far better shape than the User Interface(i have my doubts based on experience)
Doesn't tell you that your pictures are no good until several screens further. Should detect if you have glasses on and warn you to take them off.
No clear way to bail midway thru the assisted process and retry the manual.
