I have had this account for quite a while but never needed it. However, when I did need it, I was glad I had it. The facial scan took a few tries but eventually worked. Everything else was quick and easy to use. The system seems to be very secure, but since I am not a security expert, I cannot say for sure.
The most important thing is the way the verification is did, any other person can't use the identity of someone else to ask anything for someone.No 3rd party without you that's the best thing.

The process was unused friendly took forever many rejections. Had to use an iPhone to get through I already miss the old method. I understand security is important but users shouldn't have to be tech savvy to get through this process. Took me over an hour with several rejections to accomplish. Awful
