When following the MFA process they call it to update information, it DOESN'T allow you to update that. Only email or address, which DOESN'T make sense because most people change their number more often than the other two. However, ALL three should be an option to update. I thought I wasn't going to be able to online, so I requested by mail. While waiting for the application in the mail, which took about a week. I tried reapplying again, because I needed the fastest option. Somehow I was verified a few days later when I tried again, and my number was correct. However, even in this survey, it reverted. Asking if I would like to discuss my situation by phone or email. I chose phone, and it said please enter a VALID US phone number. So I'm soooo confused, and very irritated with this system.

Process was okay until it came to the MFI(Moble Friendly Indentity(verification). Took several repeats of driver's license pictures and video selfies with no explanation why they needed to be repeated, where did the previous ones go? And no options available to address concerns or questions.
