Difficult, but I am willing to keep at it until I can do it myself as I did several years ago when I was much younger.

I have been trying to get the slightest bit of help since being wrongfully terminated. I lost my job as a pharmacy operations manager at Walgreens due to my pregnancy and incorrect documentation from the other members of my staff. Since then, I haven't received stimulus checks, unemployment, COVID relief checks, or any of the government assistance that I've see broadcasted everywhere. My emails were hacked, somebody was using my linked-in profile for jobs, my social security number and credit were being used somewhere- it was a mess. After being placed in a women's shelter I decided to give it one more chance with ID.me. I was hopeless, but one video call with their agent changed my entire Friday around. The gentlemen was well-informed, and I wasn't given the run-around. Other phone calls have led me to do redundant tasks, like submitting paper applications because the agent couldn't process the online one. When you are homeless with an infant. Walking to an agency in the middle of winter to hand in paper documents- let alone even finding a mailbox to even receive the paper documents is an impossible task. It seemed like everybody was too busy to help a homeless mother. This agent took my call close to closing time on a Friday night with my daughter in hand. I'm sure he was ready to go home but he was so patient and understanding. I could really go on about the professionalism this man provided, about his mannerism, and most importantly his knowledge of the job to make things easy for me. Not misleading me or giving me information that was oxymoronic, or that another agent had previously either confirmed or denied. But to keep this brief, ID.me was THE ONLY company that has provided me with such great quick service and care. I wish they could staff the entire population because one short video call restored my hope and faith for a better tomorrow.
