I must say once we figure out what to do with ID.me became easier to complete my tax forms.

It was annoying but easy to do, it was kinda hard to do hopefully I did it right
Going into this project I was very reluctant and a little nervus, when it comes to computers, I'm more than stupid.
For me some of the wording was difficulted to understand so I had to read it a few times. I found all the documents I needed, photocopied them and sent them off. About 1 1/2 hours later got an email saying docs need to be in color. I read the instructions again and found out I could take a photo of the docs with my camera. I took photos with my phone, emailed them to myself. I received the emails and didn't know what to do next. So, I called my daughter in Los angles, I live in Thailand. She ran me thru the proses of what I need to do 3 times, don't forget when it comes to computers, I'm stupid. I was getting frustrated, so I told her thanks for the help, and I'll try and figure this out on my own, I done this so I wouldn't get her as frustrated as I was. I'm very pleased to say, I did figure it out. So, I sent the docs off to be checked by ID me. Around an hour later I received an email stating the docs had been approved. 2 minutes after that I received another email saying click this blue (I think it was blue) area for your video call. I clicked on the blue and the next thing I knew I saw this lady on my screen. She introduced herself to me asked me a few questions and then had me hold up the docs to the camera so she could verify them. The lady was very pleasant and professional. After the process was finished my first thought was, why was I so concerned and worried about doing this. Hence my review title, (pleasantly surprised.) I understand everyone is different in many ways but believe me when I say if I could get thru this process, anyone can.
