I'm not the most hi-tech person in the world but this process was very easy using my iPhone & my ChromeBook.
I think everything went smoothly. I went on the web site using ID.me and had to upload my drivers lic and scan my face with my phone to get in.
I must say once we figure out what to do with ID.me became easier to complete my tax forms.
I have tried for 6 months to login to ID.me been to the DAV and tried the 800 number and I have yet to get login done.
