Got a video chat to verify face recognition. Agent said there is a problem with paper work I think? Said he was sending an e-mail. E-mail link says E324 error after initial name verification. Call number provided never answers. USELESS! Can't get a claim in. Nobody to talk to.
The whole process was long and tedious. Too many screens and verifications required. In the end all I got was an error message!
