Great service when it works

I use ID.me to communicate with my health team at the VA. When it works, it's great. However, my account was suspended for no apparent reason and took months to resolve. ID.me needs to improve their customer service drastically. Otherwise, a better authentication service will rise to the top.

Can't get help anywhere!

Got a video chat to verify face recognition. Agent said there is a problem with paper work I think? Said he was sending an e-mail. E-mail link says E324 error after initial name verification. Call number provided never answers. USELESS! Can't get a claim in. Nobody to talk to.
