After getting an undescriptive error message 7 times I was finally able to get it to accept my information and verify my military service but never completed the entire process so the corporation looking for the verification never received it, I then had to go through the process yet again.

WAY better than having to go somewhere and do this in person - only glitches for me weren't actually glitches, they were a bit of confusion between using my computer and using my phone. If there was a bit more clarity of what sequence to expect that worked while I was performing the activity instead of wondering if I was taking the right step I'd have given it 5 stars - and if there was a 4.5 here Id have given it that.
In general, this was okay until we had to work on the F-int. This is where this issues became an issue. Answered questions and when needed more info it didn't where the issue was that needed correcting
