My experience was not pleasant, nor successful! I believe my lack of computer skills was the main cause of me not being successful. I feel sure that people with better computer skills would not have had a problem!

Quick and easy Setup only takes a few minutes. I did the video chat with the agent because I am not that great on the computer worked out better for me. The video chat only took a minute or so and the agent was really pleasant.

I have used ID.Me for a few years now and it just seems to be getting better and better. Today I thought was it was going to be more difficult to use, but the update & login went well and seemed safe & secure. Double checks and verifications all along the process. Admittingly, I am not much of a smart phone user, taking the selfie and uploading it and my DL was easy & quick.
