I had to use ID. Me because I could not use the other log on due to expired access code... So I began the process, frustrating as it was, I feel more secure on this log in!
Just beware that when you are uploading your documents, like ID's... Make sure you crop the photo of them to the size of the ID before you attempted uploading... I tried 2 times with failure (not knowing what was wrong) then cropped the photo of ID's and the front and back went thru slow but fine! Be patient, the process is slow but I think it will be worth it! BTW, I did this all on my cell phone... Maybe that contributed to the slowness, but if I can do it anyone can!

I used ID.me for verifying that I was Health care worker. So that I could qualify for discount.
I followed step by step what I'm being asked just so at the end the system asks if I have ever used another last name and I answer no so it gives me an error ID2 code so I answer yes to see what it does and it's the same error code so I try the phone number provided. The system doesn't ever ever direct you to a human and no option to even wait for a representative. At this point I have no idea how can I obtain my 2 months pay. Very disappointing
It was very helpful, I'm satisfied with the steps I had to follow. I never experienced using I'd.me. I would consider using it again if I need to but, I pray I would never have to use it again.

Loading DMV Pictures was terrible & very time consuming! What finally worked was backing up a bit & taking a picture & cropping it ahead of time - so that it is ready for load up, so u don't time out again & have to start over!
