First, I started all this on my computer since it is easier to see. Unfortunately, you can't do this on the computer you must do on a smart phone. The other option was sending your information via USPS. Since ALL my personal information would have been enclosed all I could imagine was identity theft. If you moved closer to the children in your later years and that resulted in a move out of Florida they assume you are dead unless you can prove you are not. The Florida retirement system wasn't going to continue sending my retirement pay unless I could prove I was alive. Calling FRS won't help. There is no help line to prove you are alive.
