I know a lot of us lose our passwords these days it can be easy to do, but we are also worried about our identity, I do trust this site and it was a very easy process to get in to the Federal website, which is very important to a lot of us so to have a company that we can trust on if we lose our passwords is very convenient.
It was a major pain-in-the-neck to have to jump through all the hoops required. My several attempt to verify my identify with the automated video system using my cell phone's camera failed even after carefully following the guidelines provided. Same results occurred when using my desktop computer and a web cam. I'm a tech savvy person with a lot of patience, so I can't imagine how others suffered through the process.
I was nervous as applying from abroad but the whole experience was pretty straightforward and worked well. I had to have a video call as the final step of verification and Michael made me feel at ease and the whole thing was easy peasy- on a Saturday no less!
