The part of taking photos of your ID document (mine was a driver's license) was tedious and frustrating. It took many many tries to get the photos accepted and uploaded. Don't believe it when it says it will take 5-10 minutes to complete. It took me over 30 minutes to complete the verification.
I wanred to verify military service for a discount at Lowe's. I was not asked any relavent questions like branch, rank or dates of service.
All they wanred was name, address, DOB and SSN. I selected DENY to discontinue the process and they proceeded despite that.
