It's impossible to reach anyone once you've run into a glitch and they have already taken your $500+ payment. Due their poor instructions and the inability to clarify with an agent, I am unable to submit my paperwork for my passport renewal in time for a trip I planned months ago. So far, I have been unable to get a refund. I would not trust this service. Their is no support.
Quick, Clean, Cool and if your going to get whatever docs the ID.me app asks for. Screw mailing them in. Screw sending them via email. Choose video call. You get a real human who will have you put your docs in front of your camera on phone and he or she will look at it right then and there. Friendly service is what I got. I give them not 2 thumbs up; accordingly they 10 fingers up and 10 toes up. And if your missing some fingers or toes just put up what you have. They made my Sunday morning a good one for sure.

ID.me is very trustworthy and is effective in protecting your identity and other important & private information. It's user-friendly and easy to access. It isn't time consuming in the least and is a company and brand that I trust. The government uses ID.me to make sure our identity is protected and confirmed to gain access to any important & private information that you wouldn't want leaked on the Internet.
While seeing up takes a bit of time and info, it's worth it to know your info is safe and you can access it easily to make payments or whatever you need to do. Check income statements, etc etc

I agreed to sign up for id.me when I made a purchase through QUINCE in exchange for a 10% discount. It required a great deal of personal information, was time consuming and after all that I received no discount nor was there a method to remedy this problem through the retailer or ID.ME. Better to create a bogus email address to get a new customer discount while saving your personal data and time.
The process is really easy to use for a first time user. Doing the video selfie took maybe one to two minutes and it was completed on the first try.
I had a little difficulty with my phone and uploads because I'm not young and tech savy. The 2 young men who helped on video calls were very polite and got the process finished quickly once I asked for help.

She has first account with you under her email that us no longer valid (*******@yahoo.com), so she tried to verify under another email she currently has (*******@churchdwight.com) and went successfulky all the way through verification process just to be informed at the very end of it that verification is not possible because she provided 'wrong' email and no duplicate accounts are tolerated.
You have got to include this provision into your system, so that anyone could verify his hers identity without wasting time by contacting technical support - lets see if they ate responsive and quick to address our issue, because we have a deadline to meet!
It took us two days to complete the whole process. Most of the time was trying to get and old telephone number changed. We were unable to get any help in resolving our telephone issue. However once we reached a representative that suggested ID-me it went fine.
