Although new to smart phones at 75, the folks at irs made the verification process quite clear i thought. Had to take pictures of my drivers license and sit for a cool selfie and bingo i was done! Good work irs!

Video verification process was much faster and easier then the online tool. I would suggest camera be more of a portrait because the id and ss cards didn't fit in the selfie camera

Had to use this site for Florida government things but other than that the site was simple and easy to use, only down side is the long wait times for an agent to video call you and verify you but they can't help the hold times.
Satisfied and pleased with the security of the information very professional the staff that answers the calls.
There not much I know about this business. JUST be patient in what they ask of, far as the documents they ask the name dates needs to be right for you to move forward fast.

Everything was very easy and the the person who did the interview was very helpful and then let you know before the interview I have noticed 48 minutes before mi interview
When I needed to sign up for ID.me, it took me some time to get all the paperwork loaded. I didnt have time to complete the entire thing and was able to go back at a later time to complete it, I certainly am not the best on my computer. I just took my time and kept reading the instructions and I made it through. Then I had to do the video call. To my surprise, that went much smoother than I could have expected. A link was sent to my phone and there to my surprise was Kellie. Kellie, the agent I spoke with was just the nicest person you could have imagined. She was professional and kind and did a great job.
