Though the process for submitting all the documents was tedious, I understood the need for verification and safety of identity. My process led to needing a Video Call to virtually meet with a Rep that reviewed the documents submitted, interacted with me and verified my forms of ID on the video. Though I had waited to connect to the Video Call, I was unable to get my laptop camera to activate, and started to feel frustrated. Then the Rep called me and offered solutions so that we could connect and complete the process. She was supportive, efficient and professional. I felt more calm and confident in the process after that interaction.
Helpful and took time to make this easy. Very thankful to be helped to understand many steps to again take my time and your, I understand better how important it is to be helped to better be able to use this appt better.

For starters, I have not been able to access my account for a year going on two! My UE local has been a nightmare… my information has been highjacket and I haven't been able to reach anyone on ID.me to correct it! Yesterday was the first day someone actually responded to me and helped me (supposedly) update my information but I still can not log in to my account to verify any information,,, I've lost everything trying to get back on my feet! The way they have plugged themselves in between the customer and the Govt. Puts them in the position to help or ignore real problems without any resolution… bottom line is I need help and they are not helping. Everything on here is a bot or someone without any idea how to follow through and make sure they have resolved your issue…what part of help! Do they not understand? I will give them yet another opportunity to help me but if all these past reviews are correct… I'm in trouble!
