Okay I used ID & Me to log onto the myhealthevet website since you can no longer use your user name and password. So it is FORCING you to use ID & Me. So I tried to log into myhealthevet today using ID & Me and it STILL has you get called or texted and gives you a code which you must enter before you are verified and logged into the myhealthevet website. Therefore, there has been NO IMPROVEMENT WHATSOEVER using ID & Me logging into the myhealthevet website. It is exhausting to have to log into a website and to have to get texted or called and having to enter a code.
Had no problems up until today and yesterday. Never received any phone messages or calls to enter code on logging in. Trying to see mailbox but been don't know if I have any mail or not been waiting for 8 months to get a rating but here I sit still waiting
My experience was good one, and the process was fast, easy, and safe. Will recommend to someone else.

The VA changed their login process for MyHealtheVet to require a verified ID.me or a VA.gov account. I'm unable to drive so I do not have a driver's license or state ID. I do have a VA issued picture Health ID. The ID.me website says this can be used as an alternate primary ID, but the verification process rejects it. Customer Service was of no help and didn't seem to understand the issue on even a basic level. So essentially - my VA issued Health ID was not an acceptable ID to log on to the VA health website. Which seems absurd.

I have trouble to login to my IRS account for my phone can not get code. The ID verify by ID.me code generater is an excellent way to login to my government's account. The most conventional is I can get verify by camera call to get MFA ID verify,that is so covenant.
