I was attempting to do my taxes by myself this year. Even though I am almost 80 and have pretty much always done my taxes, it has become more confusing as the government goes to "on-line" only. I have always saved every receipt or document over the year. My kids have stepped in the last couple of years ( I was widowed 10 years ago.). I knew that doing my taxes was a burden during the same time my kids are getting ready to do theirs. This program was helpful. The directions were very clear.

The whole process was a pain too say the least. You never knew when you were done. It took way to long and there's no customer support to help you with issues. We needed this to get help renting an apartment and we're still not in because even though we have completed it they have not been notified. Not really to happy about the whole thing.

Honestly, I just wanted a copy of my tax returns, but after going through the process of making this new account, I've been left feeling kind of sketched out. It was easier to access the irs portal from their website directly. I will not be using this bloated service again.
