Creating account with ID.me was very easy with well-guided instructions. It says 15 minutes but the process should take only 5 minutes.
After the tedious verification process. I have a large amount of accounts. The discounts & money saved is awesome!
It is not ID.me fault that not all individuals on the other end does not know or be properly computer set up for the requested process. Once the computer was set up properly it really was quick and easy.

I was extremely happy that signing up for an account with ID. Me was so fast & easy, it actually surprised me. The last time an agency directed me to do that with a different company, it was such a pain in the $#*! that I shut my computer down before I threw it across the room... ID.me is fast, easy, and secure. And once you sign up for an account, you're good to go when signing in with any other company that uses it
There was just a kind of small hiccup with the camera and mic permissions using Edge, but it was possible to switch to the phone, and continue the process.
With Login.gov (as with ID.me) taking still photos of the driver license didn't work. I tried all sorts of stuff, and with both it didn't work.
But with ID.me it was possible to wait a bit of time (it was about 45 minutes for me on a Wednesday night about 10:15 p.m. Eastern to about 11:00 p.m. Eastern), and then the process itself went pretty quickly. Maybe about 3 or 4 minutes perhaps.
The web site was easy to navigate. And the directions were clear and simple. Very easy to understand and process.

It took two or so weeks to get an issue fixed... because they deleted my first ticket without telling me, then took multiple days to answer my second ticket, then after telling me they would email when the fix went through did not email me for five days. It took two days, and I knew that because I tried logging in a couple times a day to check.
Do not use them unless you have no choice or time deadline.
The best thing was to have decided to use this application since it makes me feel very confident.
This app is a very useful and easy way to view your tax filed returns at any time.
