I know a lot of us lose our passwords these days it can be easy to do, but we are also worried about our identity, I do trust this site and it was a very easy process to get in to the Federal website, which is very important to a lot of us so to have a company that we can trust on if we lose our passwords is very convenient.
Very calm and easy going and not at all a hard time or anything to understand.
I spent about 30 minutes doing everything I was supposed to. Received the green confirmation check mark that my ID was verified by ID.me. I cannot continue the next steps of the process because every time I log in, it says "returning to the verification portal" then times out. I cannot get past this time-out. I attempted to request help online and received a useless bot email. The bot said to respond to it's email and a person would reach out. I did, I haven't received help from anyone. No number to call. No direct way to receive help for your software not working.
I Found The Company To Be Very Detailed; Organized & Direct. They Have Many Components That are Used To Help Safeguard Your Valuable Data. I.e Your Password. Photo, Specific Questions That Require Direct Answers. They Really Make it Quite Difficult For The Hackers to Access or Steal Your Information. Now All of What I Have Stated May Seem Very Time Consuming; But Believe Me For The Piece of Mind at The End it is Surely Gratifying. If You Are Looking For A Top Qualitied Company To Safeguard Very Vital Information, Give Them a Try, You Will Be Very Peacefully Happy That You Did.
Need to send notification of completion I spent a lot of time with ID me and afterwards once I was finished I never got notification back. I've tried to contact Twc to see if they received it, but I haven't been able to speak to anyone there either and they only give you like six days to complete this.
I used ID.Me to access my online accounts with VA, and others effortlessly. Once your identity is verified through the process, you do not need to repeat that step on future logins.

Such an easy process, just follow the instructions and you're good to go. I set mine up within 7 minutes it tells you everything you have to do. Tip: take a picture front and back of your drivers license or state ID ahead of time. I keep mine stored in my photos. Also close out all your apps. Easy, easy process.

It began when ID.me’s CEO and founder Blake Hall, a decorated Army Ranger, watched a military veteran display their DD214 separation paperwork to a store employee to claim a military discount. The document held far more information than was needed to verify military service. Exposing so much personal information for a single benefit was risky and unnecessary. There had to be a better way.
