Horrible is the word. Horrible, Horrible, horrible, horrible, awful, disaster. Spent 3 days on it and then had to ask a relative for help. All valid documents the system was unable to verify. Had to do the video verification, so the person that I don't know can have all my personal info including my SS number.
Tried numerous times to login passwords at VA in Cape Coral,, maybe they put in wrong email account, but could not go to next steps even with help.

I received a personal email from an ID.me representative (YES! An actual human being) who was very professional and new exactly what needed to be done too get me going. He literally typed out an email with step-by-step instructions and I was up and running. I then had to verify my identity and did so by easily uploading documents (it worked the first time!) and then, within minutes after, I had a video call with another ID.me representative, another very professional person who knew exactly what to do. It only took a few minutes and it worked immediately. No wasted time, no waiting for days for someone to get back to you, no hassles. Overall outstanding! 1
