The process of connecting to ID.me to verify my identity was difficult when I tried connecting through my work network. I suspect that some network security feature was blocking access, but I was receiving no notice from our network regarding security issues. When I connected from home, the connection was fast and easy. The only other problem that I had was getting my webcam to work in Linux (Manjaro) so I had to reboot into Ubuntu 20.04 to make the webcam active.
