It seemed a little overwhelming and frustrating at first but that was on mu side, not ID.me, they gave many many different options for verifying my identity, they gave simple straight forward directions, all you have to do is be calm and follow. The video guy was patient and talked me through the whole thing, I wanted to give up but he made it easy and it all worked out awesome!
