Fast and easy - but the process of deleting cookies and requesting "video id" and photos of ID cards be deleted is NOT fast and easy. I used this because the alternative was going to be more tedious and difficult.

Overall I like id.me. I've had an acct for years and it's always allowed me to receive discounts that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. They're also great about sending emails for promotions and things like that. It's very secure and it's one site I don't worry about as far as scams & being hacked goes. The only thing I've been slightly annoyed and had a little difficulty with was updating my info. It takes a day or so after you provide the correct documents for the info to be reviewed and approved. I did have to do extra steps to verify my identity as well even though I've had an acct for years. FYI if you have to do the facial scan it's better to do it on a laptop vs your phone. When I did it on my phone I got a msg saying I needed to have a video call with a rep but everything went through fine when the scan was done on my laptop and I didn't need to speak with a representative. So, other than a few time consuming obstacles when it came to the verification process it's great and I'll recommend it to everyone.
