First, let me thank the agent who verified my information. She was professional, fast and completed the verification quickly. However, getting to that point was frustrating. I started on a computer without a camera, big mistake but I didn't know I need a computer with a camera at the time. Second, My military ID, Medicare card were not acceptable forms of ID...I don't understand. Switching from my smart phone to the computer worked but I wonder how many seniors would or could follow the sequence. Once I uploaded my W2 Form and my Drivers License, the process smoothed out. Overall, I think a large portion of our senior population would struggle with the process so maybe offer help on the front end? My thoughts.

The overall registration process took the better part of an entire morning and meant jumping back and forth between my laptop and smartphone multiple times. This also included the time to locate, scan/photograph, and transfer the required documents needed for identity verification. So make sure you are very familiar with your equipment and/or have someone very knowledgeable on hand to assist.
